Just bought 10 Royal Canadian silver bars that were listed as new and uncirculated. I waited for the spot price to drop and this company had the best price. Now I know why, when they arrived they were secondary market bars, all scratched, couldn't hardly read the serial numbers on some and one was tarnished so bad it looked green. Immediately called and spoke with sales and they admitted they were secondary market, he even said they had received other complaints and that management had been made aware. They offered me 200 toward a future purchase which is a joke compared to my loss on 10 bars, other companies are selling these size bars at 100 less per bar on the secondary market. Stay away from this company. The one picture is from their add and the other is what I received. Most of the bars were from 2016-2018, far from new and uncirculated. Buyers Beware!
This website is one of the cheapest places to get silver and gold online, it shipped in 2 days and took 7 total days to get here from when I ordered it. The silver bar I bought is high quality with no scratches or chunks missing.
Order came with in 4 days. Even got a little chocolate. Everything was great. Better then the other canadian site i used that took 25+ days with everything marked up.
After an easy setup of my account and placing an order. I received a phone call welcoming me and congratulating me on my first order. Super easy to make payment. Just like paying you cable bill. Tonnes of communication about my shipment with signature required and shipped through Purolator. Upon receiving my order it was exactly as expected. I will be ordering again.

I was a little nervous with my order as the price of silver was rising since the time of my order. I did a bank check which took 5 business days. Took another 5 days for the check to clear. UPS came with a perfectly boxed and well wrapped coins in plastic packs of 20 which didn't jingle around if you shook the box.
They used Purolator, watching all day for them to show up, no phone call, literally watched delivery status change to undeliverable. UPS never had issues. Moving to a different supplier.

Purchased a 2.5 peso gold peso from this company. I never received it. Shipper stated they never received the item.
Then they got the item and they sent it back to them and they're telling me that they didn't receive it from the postal service.
I take it that it's lost in the mail it is insured on their part. I requested a refund instead of the coin, they told me that they would buy it back at the cost of gold now meaning I would lose out of my full purchase money.
The item might have been shipped but it was also mailed back to them for insufficient address I don't understand I do know that it was insured.
I had to open a case up with PayPal and my bank my bank is looking to file fraudulent activity against them they're still denying me my refund as of this day.
Very horrible people very horrible.
I would not do business with these people this is not advice this is an absolute warning!

The 10 Bars were sent via UPS with signature required. I picked up the parcel at a UPS store.
I opened the parcel with my wife at the kitchen table and to our shock, only 6 bars were in the parcel!
This is the first precious metals I've ever purchased and its going to be the last from this company!
MY NEXT PURCHASE WILL ONLY BE IN PERSON NEXT TIME!
Contacted Silvergoldbull and they reviewed some camera footage and were not willing to help in anyway!
STAY AWAY from this company!
UPDATE: After posting this review and having a similar issue with a second order, I was contacted by a customer service personnel and the issues were rectified.
I ordered a 1KG silver bar from Silver Gold Bull. The email came and said not to accept the package if it was "tampered" with as they are not responsible. This was not disclosed at the time of the order. So the courier left it on my door with no signature. Luckily it was there after sitting for 4 hours. The bar is poor quality and is not worth buying

I watch many bullion providers and when SGB had a pricing "glitch" as they called it I jumped on it and bought a 100 ounces of silver. The order was confirmed and I called them to tell them that this problem existed. It was very early Eastern Time and this problem persisted for hours after I tried to notify them but was only able to leave a voice mail message. I even used the word "glitch" in my message although I suspected they were either hacked from an external source or a disgruntled employee with access to their code.
When I was contacted by their rep I was advised that mutually agreeable terms would be worked out but, having their confirmed order / contract in hand is all I felt I should require and that it wasn't my problem that their company would lose on this transaction. After all, it seems that they think it is fair to SCALP the public by charging commissions 50+ percent higher than spot so WHY SHOULDN'T THOSE OF US who ARE paying attention get a rare break?
I asked them to provide me with the contractual text that gave them the right to simply cancel MY orders and those of anyone else who caught them with their pants down. That simple request was ignored.
I then asked for a legal representatives name, phone number and address but was denied this information entirely and they simply canceled my orders as if I would just go away.
I'm not planning on going away. I'm planning on finding out EVERY ONE of the people who are now in the process of getting their orders / contracts canceled out from under them. I believe we are still in the United States of America and that there is justice for even the little people. It seems as if Silver Gold BULL doesn't concur.
BUYER BEWARE: Is now my watchword on a company that I once thought cared about its customers when, in reality they only care about profits and taking as much profit as the market will bear. Well, that's fine... every company is entitled to run as they see fit, legitimately or not.
I would have been happy to negotiate a mutually agreeable settlement but I was cut off for being belligerent for telling them I expected them to honor their contract with me.
Perhaps what is needed is a CLASS ACTION SUIT! I think that might get their attention and force them to live up to their deals whether or not they are profitable.

The website is easy to maneuver through too, which is important to me because I'm not of the younger generation that grew up with computers.
