Love that we can upload artwork and preview how the product will look. Very easy to navigate your site.

The only reason for the difference in my price satisfaction and satisfaction with the product is that I didn't realize what material the bags would be made out of. It seems that the bags may not be as tough as I thought they would be. This was my error.

I love these bottles. I ordered them to use as favors for my daughter's 10th birthday and they were perfect. The size of the bottle is perfect. All the kids and their parents loved the bottles. They will definitely be put to good use especially in the summer heat.

The one thing I didn't like was having Silk Letter email me that some of my items weren't available in the color I selected and prepaid for. But I don't fault Christina, so much as Silk Letter's process.

Picking out a product and then customizing was easy and quick. Order was verified before being place which made me confident it would turn out as I had planned. Order arrived fast and final product was exactly what I had anticipated.

We had ordered 34 pink tumblers, 33 orange tumblers, and 33 blue tumblers. When they arrived, we were sent 34 orange tumblers, 34 blue tumblers, and 32 pink tumblers. Also, we were missing some straws of the orange and pink tumblers, but had extra of the blue straws. I was hoping the tumblers and straws would match.
