Cooler totes were cheaper material than I was expecting. Not sure how long they'll hold up. Guess I should have ordered a sample first but I didn't have time.

Loved the ability to QUICKLY get a proof before placing the order. I also spoke with customer service and they were polite and helpful. I had called a competitor and chose not to proceed with them due to my phone experience. Thanks for the great service!

The Website was easy to use - I liked how you could add your logo and see the final product with no issues. I am looking forward to seeing the final product as I took a chance and ordered without doing a "sample"! Received the final product today - we are very happy with our purchase - our water bottles look great!
