Never again!

I placed an order for several items with Sears. Then I got a message saying that I earned nearly $16 worth of items with that order and had 1 week to cash in.

I ordered another item worth $15, applied the credit of $15 and was supposed to just pay the $7 shipping. Everything looked good until the total said that $23 went through on my card.

I called shop your way and waited for 75 minutes on hold. Then the line went dead. I called back and waited another 35 minutes to speak with an agent. She said that there was a glitch with the points and they would need to cancel my order and I should call back the next day to order it again to make sure the points go through.

Today I got notification that the item has now shipped! It wasn't cancelled at all. I wouldn't have placed an order for this item at all had I known I was paying full price... I only placed an order because the item was supposed to be free. What a ripoff! What a waste of time.

This is a joke! I have over $200 in rewards, used the shop your way site, picked only rewards eligible items (which most are sold out) get to the end and suddenly my points don't load. NO ONE can figure out why. I am on my 4th phone call, 8th agent and counting - this SUCKS - I will be closing this account ASAP -

What a scam

I earn 53,000 points on my purchases. I signed up for Shop Your Way to redeem. What a bunch of bull$#*!. I was told I had no points (even though my statement said I do). They pulled up my home address and said my account points are given to my mother because she lives in the same house as I do. What? She has her own credit card that is not linked to mine. Why would they give my points to my mom. There answer to help me was "go home at talk to your mom". Horrible customer service.

Waste. Of. Time.

After getting over $30 in rewards, I ordered a carpet through Kmart. Never received an email from Kmart saying I can pick it up.
Made another order through kmart for a $33 pillow, order was cancelled in the next week, did not receive my points back.
So, accumulated over $60 in rewards and took the necessary steps to redeem it but got nothing. Just wasted time looking for eligible products on their website, and trying to contact them for help.

Advertising big and bold that you get $100 cash back in rewards. Minus the fine print! After delivery of your appliance, you get $10 a week for 10 weeks. Each $10 expires at the end of that week (in other words, only good for 7 days). You can forget about accumulating any points ever again! Sad, sad that is come to that for Sears. Not saying I won't buy, but I will not even consider their shop your way rewards in my purchasing decision.

I found out pretty early this year I can earn points/dollars through ShopYourWay sweepstakes as Freecash, and when I buy items at Sears website or Shopyouway I do the pickup when I can on small stuff until I have enough money to get big items. Well several of the Sears store employees are rude and/or when I see "processing for store pickup" for several days I wonder what they could be doing since the store I go to is always empty or very few customers altogether. I have to either call the store to ask why it is taking so long or "chat now" with Sears website either way I am pretty much wasting my time. I had a flashlight through the pickup for over a month before I finally called to ask why, which I can see why store is shutting down. Then there is the ShopYourWay website where you can enter in sweepstakes to get money to get merchandise cheaper, more and more each day I am having trouble being able to enter in the sweepstakes as far as the Shares, videos and the daily codes you can enter, can't get a hold of anyone to help fix the technical issues. They treat me like I'm stupid and seem to refuse to help, which leads me to see why these companies are going out of business. Even the Win Club in Facebook they are no help and are very rude.

The worst online experience ever! I placed an order for a tool that I needed for a job. Placed order August 9th, 2018. Pick up date was August 22. Timing was great as I needed the tool shortly after delivery date. I got a confirmation email the day I placed my order. So, August 24 rolls around with no communication. No text, no email, nothing. So I call customer service and the gal said the item is no longer available. Now I'm mad. I told why was I not notified? She apologized and assured that she will process a refund to my PayPal account in 7 to 10 days. Well, 7 business days pass and no refund, I call again. This time the dude said my order is still waiting to be processed. Explained again my situation. He said no, nothing has been done. I'm raging mad now, he said he will personally make the refund. I hung up and called back again the next day. The gal that I spoke to said my order for the item is still being processed because it's out of stock. I went ballistic and she hung up on me. I went on PayPal's site and placed a complaint in which sears was emailed a copy of my complaint. Sears emails me that they will investigate the situation and reply within 72 hours... lol what a joke as it's totally their fault. 4 days go by and I receive a email from Sears stating that they processed my cancellation request. WTF, I never requested a cancellation. They never had the item available. Fricken Liars. Well it's September 12, and they said it will be credited to PayPal in 7 to 10 days. I wasted 3-4 hours of my time trying to back my$22.72 totally ridiculous. They just want to keep your money. So very sad. Will never do business with sears again. Buyers be aware! If I don't receive my money, I will be making a personal visit to Sears

Sears sold us a bad expensive fridge so part of their so called fix was points here. First all good crap cannot be redeemed with points, then we get an ice maker and its broken. Now I try patio cushions and stuff. I order three matching cushions and they send one and cancel the others. They also have the rest ot the order screwed up and when I finally get customer service I cannot understand a word she says and I'm still waiting for the email I requested.

Never again we should have sued over the fridge!

These people are trained to verify ALL your personal information but provide very little support. I was barely able to remove a mystery person's name from my account, but, when I asked how did their email and name get associated with mine in the first place, well, customer service was very sketchy about that, but protected the privacy of the mystery person. And, my points are missing from the past few months, so, could the mystery person work directly for Shopyourway.com???? You decide, buyer beware.

Too much hassle.

My name is Tony Zaitona. I used shops your way sears credit card, & I like the rewards points from shopping, but when I tried to find out how much points I collect, I couldn't find it in my computer, then I called service department they transferred my call three times to give me the answer, then when I went to sears for purchase there told me that I should use my points before to be expired, & I get mad because all other credit card companies There points NEVER expired, this is bad deal, that is the reason I decide not to use sears credit card unless they fixing the problem.

Don't shop here

I usually always go in the store to Sears and never have a problem. I made purchases on shop your way online for Christmas and one of my items was shipped to a different state and when it finally was shipped to me, it was damaged. I realized that the Shop Your Way is now managed only in a third world country and none of their supervisors would contact me back about this issue. And instead of them dealing with this issue they made me discuss refunds with their third-party supplier located in China. Their corporate office number is hidden to the public. I think that if enough consumers banded together a nice lawsuit could be filed against Shop Your Way. I don't care where you do your business but if it is not done correctly there is a problem and this company should be flagged.

What a rip off

So I got and email saying I had 20.00 in surprise points. So I made an online order. One of the items I had to return... worth 19.99. Drove out of state to return these shoes. The clerk said I would get my points back. I tried to buy something. And only had. 34 in points. They said it takes time. Sent an inquiry... and since the original date of the original offer had expires... I GET NOTHING BACK IN POINTS. Had the clerk told me this... I would have kept the shoes and given them to someone. So I was out the shoes and the points. What a rip off. Plus I bought 25.00 in candy that day thinking I had 19.99 in points... and when I went to check out... I only had. 34 cents... but they told me it just takes time to get the points. WRONG. Plus I never got the 5.00 bonus I was supposed to also get for buying the candy. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THIS PROGRAM... nor do they care.

Shop your way department is horrible. Just spent 15 min on the phone with customer service. Could hardly understand what she was saying. She couldn't understand what I was saying. My points diappeared and I cant look at my transaction history. She said she would let IT know but it didn't sound reassuring. You cant transfer me to somebody who can fix it? Wanted to argue with me about the points. What a nightmare. I dont think I am getting credit for my points. This is ridiculious. I can get rewards through somebody else.

You can play instant win games for free points and they give you surprise points all the time which are free money to spend at Sears and Kmart! I've gotten hundreds of dollars in free stuff!

I ordered a bunch of items they all shipped quick or so it seemed. When it got here it was missing an item and the box was to small to even fit the missing item but they said it was in the box but clearly it was not. They refused to send me my item and refused to refund me.

While I do like Sears and Kmart, I didn't like shopyourway.com at all when I decided to check it out for the first time, which was today. Some people may like it but I found it confusing, frustrating, and time-consuming. I gave up trying to find most of what I was looking for. The prices were also disappointing. Then I blew some fuses trying to sign out. It must have taken me at least 10 minutes to learn how, and I don't remember how I did it. I don't think I'll be visiting shopyourway.com again.

Sears craftsman club exclusive offer $20.00 off synthetic oil change and $10.00 in points?
After taking my 2014 gmc to auto center to get service /oil change they over charged me only gave me 10.00 off and never changed the oil this could have voided my car warranty
When i got home i got out checked the oil it looked dirty on the stick called them mgr. At 1665 state hill rd sears auto center said he watched them do it. Not i never seen my car come in the shop i 'm a tech but for warranty reasons i have some shops do the oil change they said they will do nothing beware of sears service centers back to there old ways thanks sears 60.41 for nothing beware wyomissing / reading pa sears auto service center
