I am very unhappy with the Adura Road Dash Video Camcorder. I put a 32GB mini SD card in and the camcorder does not recognize it. I have e-mailed Aduro customer service to resolve the problem and await their response. If this problem is not resolved without further expense to me, I will not purchase from BoomStreet again.

But I can tell you that when I ordered it from "boom street" I mistakenly ordered the wrong one and had no way to change my selection, so I contacted boom street and got my order changed, no problem! Thank- you boom street!
They took over NCrowd and are not paying merchants, who quite rightly cannot honour your vouchers. Boomstreet said they would give me my money back; never did. Now the UK Boomstreet website has gone down. I suspect the worst. Do not accept store credits from this company. Be prepared to discuss with your credit card provider.

The case arrived super fast. I had similar case from ncrowd, came with power cord. I used that case I'm sure for more than a year. This one replaced that one, cuz the grips fell apart and the cord was very difficult to recharge my iPad, it was so time to let that one go! This one is well made 'n pretty pattern. I expect i will use it for very long time. You will not be disappointed.

I have had two incdinents where I DID not recieve my product event thought the post office showed it was delvered to my mailbox, And they were kind enough to issue me a refund on both items, needlees, to say the next bug item I odered I had it delvered to my Mom's P. O. l Box. But I really didnt' think I would get my money back but I did. I want to thank Ya'll very much for that!
