I had a voucher I had bought from Ncrowd and the establishment went out of business -
Boomstreet who bought Ncrowd would not honor a credit or refund.
Boomstreet bought ncrowd and they are not helping with the problem of not being able to use the vouchers bought from ncrowd. Their response says they simply bought the business. Well too bad, you bought it and you should fix it. You knew what you were buying.
I bought a voucher for 89.10 from nCrowd's online retailer in September of 2014. I went to redeem it with the wellness center for the service and they stated it was not valid and they would not accept. So I contacted nCrowd and they would only give me a credit (which was ridiculous because it wasn't my fault). I have held this credit because I have not found anything worth buying on the site until last week. I went to redeem and the company Boomstreet has taken over the company along with my credit. It's missing from my account. I emailed Boomstreet and they stated they could do nothing about it. All I am asking is that I get my credit back! Its a terrible way to do business and if this is not resolved - I will ensure that I share this dissatisfaction with others (already reported on Better Business Bureau)
