Like others I wish I would have checked the reviews before ordering. Received the wrong item late. Custom jersey so automated return process doesn't work and trying to contact customer service on the website number is a joke! Mistakes can happen, but experience so far has been worse then terrible! Will not use them again and recommend caution to anyone considering.
Ordered a hat on November 18th for a Christmas present. Received a totally different hat than what I ordered on Dec 20th. Called customer service and they were supposedly going to ship me the right hat 2day shipping. Received hat 3 days later and it was the exact same WRONG HAT that they shipped me 3days earlier. Totally unacceptable. I never got the hat I ordered back in November. Never again!
My experience with Fanatics via NHL.com was ABSYMAL! I ordered two Penguins NHL Jerseys on 12/15 and was guaranteed delivery by Christmas Eve. An email was sent to me from nhl.com on Dec 22nd indicating the order had shipped. A FedEx tracking number was provided to me - upon receipt, I began to track the delivery which indicated delivery would occur by 8:00pm on 12/24. There was no reason to believe the package had not shipped yet.
They printed a fake label so that FedEx tracking would 'track' the delivery - expected 8:00pm est on 12/24.8:00pm 12/24 came and went. I called FedEx to find out where the package was. To my absolute horror I learned that the package had never shipped in the first place. Despite a guaranteed delivery date by Christmas. I am furious. My family will not receive their Christmas presents despite their 'guarantee'. I contacted NHL.com and they redirected me to a number *******858. (their NHL shop) which was CLOSED for the holidays. I am disgusted...
I placed my order on the 10th of October 2018 and here i am on the 21st of December and I have still not received my order. Please do not order from this horrible company. Thief's.
Made my order on the 26 th of November. Was to be given as a birthday present 2 weeks later. Here it is the 19th of December and attending a game tomorrow and still have not received the jersey. 7 days just to process the fricken order than it went to Fedex and now in the hands of the Post Office. Been given 3 different delivery dates and still nada. Now their advertising a Garentte of revived on all products order today by Christmas. How is it that I ordered my close to a month ago and still don't have my product! This is complete bull$#*!!
I placed my order in November 2018 and was told I would receive my jersey's by December 11th. I contacted them today and was told my order will not arrive by Christmas. My children will be devastated that they won't get to go to the Leafs game with their jerseys.

2 Weeks late with an order, placed for in stock items. Several phone calls, chats and emails have all resulted in the same response - your order is delayed. No reason why, no estimated time of shipment, no answers whatsoever. AWFUL customer service. DO not send them your money.
I ordered two things for my nephew on 12/8. They are not custom items. In addition I ordered another item for my other nephew. Two days later I ordered things for my sons. Still waiting on the two things while everything else has arrived. It is saying I will not receive until after Christmas! Customer service was a total waste of time.
Returned a shirt on January 30,2017 that my husband bought for me that was too large and still have not received the refund. I have been in contact with them several times and they keep saying they will be refunding the funds. It is now December 16,2018 and I am again chatting with someone trying to get this resolved.

I ordered a sweatshirt which took almost 2 weeks to arrive and was horrible quality. The logo was extremely off centered it looked like I bought it in china town. Extremely disappointed. Trying to get a hold of someone is customer service was not easy. Finally got someone she tells me no guarantee that the next sweatshirt won't be the same!?!?! WHAT! I replace it anyway and a week and 1/2 later, I'm still waiting
I ordered an authentic jersey and types in my address and it got shipped to my old address, was forced to order another and same thing. Thier website changed it not me! And now I'm on my third and it's a CHRISTMAS GIFT! Customer service was not helpful and said they can't do anything to help. But they are the sender. WILL NOT EVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN!
Bought two sweatshirts. Shipped in two different orders. Used Paypal (has correct address and used to verify purchase) to pay but Shop.NFL.com decided to send to incorrect address so items were returned. Of course, sweatshirts are no longer available and manager will not allow to price match for another similar item and I would have to pay again the shipping fee. I guess a Merry Christmas from NO CUSTOMER SERVICE shop.NHL.com!
Never experienced service as bad as theirs. Crappy glitchy website and that was a joy compaired to talking directly to their customer service department. Took an entire month for them to tell me that they sold me an item that they don't even have. Would have taken longer but I insisted they figure it out or refund my money. Of course its too late to find another gift before Christmas. Shame on shop.nhl.com.
I ordered my product on December 9th 2019 and when I ordered it it stated that it should be sent out to me December 13th on or before hasn't shipped yet and it's December 15th and now they're telling me that because of the product I ordered was a special product and the demand is higher due to Christmas it's slightly delayed I had one time tell me that I can refund my money but it won't be on my card 7 to 10 business days then a manager I talked to told me it would be shipped later that day on the 13th never shipped I rate this website as garbage and don't recommend anyone to purchase from this site I get all misleading information now I won't get my product I ordered by Christmas what you promised me. GREAT Customer service haha...
Absolutely useless customer service! Sent me the wrong item the first time. Second time STILL got it wrong. Then refused to send me a new item because "this item is consistently an error" and they knew they would most likely send the wrong item again... like what? And also they can't send out an item a 3rd time due to their "policy". Bs excuses. Only option is to send back the items and get my money back. Thanks for a Christmas surprise FAIL! & for wasting my money and time.
So I ordered from this site again despite the unbelievably slow shipping last time. This time I got an authentic Adidas jersey on sale for like $150. Well the USPS tracking number shows delivered, but it certainly was NOT delivered. It's the same mailman at my office all the time. In fact yesterday he cam in, left a couple of pieces of mail on the reception counter, and used the restroom (lol). I contacted USPS to put in a claim but could not since the package was not insured. $180 after tax you figure these guys can spend the $2.00 for insurance right? Wrong.

I ordered a jersey and it said it would be shipped within 6 business days. Now I am being told that because it has a "special ship date" they cannot guarantee when it will ship. Oh but it's ok the customer service rep tells me, because I can just cancel the order and re-order it and maybe this one will come more quickly. Never mind that it is a Christmas present! TERRIBLE COMPANY AND I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!
I agree with the other reviews that shipping is sketchy: I ordered a signed puck that said it was delivered but wasn't (apparently it was returned to the manufacturer). I spoke with a helpful customer service rep on the phone and since then have communicated by e-mail with Donna, who has been responsive and helpful. Once the puck was back in stock, I tried again -- and this time its price had been reduced. It was just delivered.
Shipping took over 2 weeks and kept getting pushed back, needed it for my dad's birthday but it didnt come. I have called them, fedex, my local post office NO HELP. Their customer service line drops automatically.
Answer: Won't do you much good. I used email on the PayPal receipt twice - no response, and used the following one from the "Contact Us" page three times. Never a response Anna: [email protected] PayPal receipt also showed name in Chinese characters and throughout the site you can tell that English is definitely a second language.
Answer: It takes them over a month to even ship orders. Highly suggest buying from Sportchek instead.
