I placed an order on June 13. Everything was fine initially. Got shipping updates, etc.
Then the updates suddenly stopped on June 17. Every time I checked back, it simply said "check back later."
On June 27, i. E., 2 weeks after the order date, I followed up w/ customer service. They had no idea what happened to the package. They told me that the policy is to start a 'trace' and get back to me in 4 days.
I asked if I could simply cancel. They said "no you can't cancel after 30 minutes of placing the order."
WHAT? So, lululemon made me pay hundreds of dollars, then proceeded to lose my package, then asked me to wait 4 days just to tell me what might have happened to the package, then told me I couldn't even cancel the order?!
And then 4 days later I got this message:
"We're following up with the trace that we have set up for your package. If you've received your package, no need to reply to this email. We hope you're loving your new gear! If you haven't received your package, please let us know. You can do so by replying directly to this email, contacting us on live chat, or by giving us a call at *******300. Have a wonderful day!"
HOW ARE THEY TRACING THIS PACKAGE IF THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW IF I'VE RECEIVED IT?
Stay away from lululemon.com. Just don't buy anything there.
Purchased running shorts online, they stretched out within a few weeks. Contacted Lululemon and after 3 months of stuffing me around informed me I had to go in-store,. Nearest store is 3 hours away and no online returns! Don't bother buying the overpriced poor quality running gear.
Why why can't lulu lemon do anything right? I placed an order for two pairs of short, lulu lemon sent to an address that does not exist! After a week they said they would reship they got the address wrong again! Finally another week later they got the address right…got the package was damaged and only included ONE pair of the two pairs of shorts I ordered! NOW they tell me that they can't help that I have to wait another 2-4 days for someone to call me back! By the way lulu lemon still has my $150!
Clothes were excellent. Style, fit and comfort. Now they've gone woke and show fat chicks on their site and in their clothes, makes clothes look ugly. Makes me gag. Plus heard so many men say the same thing re fat chicks in lulu. And they've got androgenous styles instead of the slim and sexy styles they had. What a waste. Bad business move. Who wants to look like a fat or androgenxous chink.
The quality of the Lululemon was exceptional. Competitive pricing, value for money. Superfast delivery. Atlast Thank You!
I've shopped at Lululemon for yrs with no problem, until 2022 that is. I contacted the company march 29,2022 because my daughter's pants had bad piling. I sent pictures, would wait 15 days for a reply and be asked for more Information and pictures. On about April 9th I finally received a return label and was told I'd get a gift card because the pants weren't in stock. I mailed the pants right away and received nothing. It's now June 9th! I'm not sure why 15 day's wait for emails to be responded to is acceptable from any company, nevermind a place as expensive as Lululemon. Where's the customer service?
Please don't waste your money for this crap. They are Anti-American, Anti-Police. They tried to kick on duty officers off of a public sidewalk specifically because they don't like the police.

I have ALWAYS been satisfied with Lululemon products and service. Between myself and 2 teen girls, I spend thousands per year (usually about $200-300 per visit) and I've spent this money for many years.
Unfortunately, I had a situation with pink hottie shorts that never arrived, so I called the toll-free number only to be told that the shorts "had a shipping label problem and they were never shipped". I was NEVER notified about the shipping issue (from either Lululemon or FedEx). I was only given a tracking number that didn't give any details. The educator (as the customer service reps are called) from Lulu, instructed me to contact my bank and dispute the charges instead of giving me a refund. AND, when I asked for a manager,
I was told "none of our managers are customer facing, so I will send you to our resolution team for follow-up in a few days". The educator refused to let me speak with another human while on the phone. In fact, her response was "you're NOT understanding me, so I will end this call". She hung up on me while I was asking for her employee identifier. She was one of the WORST ever.
There are lots of competitors coming to the market who would love my biz and I will pause before giving Lululemon my money in the future. It was a very unfortunate way to start my Monday.
I purchased full price from their website and I received worn dirty running shoes. The website states worn shoes are resold at like new resale store-THIS IS A LIE. Customer service told me people had 30 days to return shoes and made it seem like it was fine that I receive the shoes in this condition. The soles are filthy, the bottoms have dirt and sticks stuck in the grooves, and there is human and animal hair in the box. The sides are splashed with dirt, it is crazy that someone in the warehouse actually boxed them and sent them to a full paying customer.
Customer service decided to ignore me when I complained about damaged and ill fitting tights. This was the 2nd time thus has happened. I'm so mad. Why do we pay so much when 20$ tights from Costco are better quality.
I ordered clothes from lululemonturkey, they charged me money but no order so far (It's been a month). No reply from their side, no refund. How you can do business like that!
It's been almost 3 weeks since they shipped my order and has just been circling Los Angeles.:/
Lululemon won't do anything and all I'm doing is going from rep to rep. Waste of so much time and effort. I will no longer be a customer of this brand especially when I used to spend $500+/month
My first order I ever placed came with security tags which is apparently very common.
My next two orders never shipped or processed at all. Worse, I called their customer service about it and their answer was, "I don't know." — I've been in customer service for decades, so I am always kind to the messengers. It's really their shipping/warehouse/order processing teams that are horrendous and probably underpaid and undervalued.
I will definitely never order again!
I finally bought a few items at Lulu and I'm so sad they started pilling even before washing! Who knows how bad they will be after washing, ugh. I really liked the fit, it is cute but what kind of quality is this when items cost over $100? Really bad.
I have shopped at Lululemon for YEARS now and have spent tens of thousand of dollars on their clothing. A company I onced loved has quickly gone downhill. I made a big purchase a couple of weeks ago. I went to go buy something shortly after to receive an error for all of my credit cards. There is no reason that this should have happened as I had more than enough left to cover this purchase. I reached out regarding this issue and I did not hear back for a whole week and when I did they asked for a credit card statement in an email that was clearly copied and pasted with different fonts and highlighting. I then responded that I would not send over a statement as it has too much information it and they insisted that I send it. I again stated that I would not be sending over a statement and their response was that they needed the last 4 digits of my card and address. I sent that over and a week later I received an email saying that my account had been unlocked and that I could only use the card that I showed them. I went to test it and the same error showed up. At this point, I was pissed that a company that claims customer loyalty and so progressive had had such horrible customer service I wanted to give up. I reached out again regarding this issue and have not heard back. It has now been almost 2 weeks with no response. To make matters worse, when I go back to the emails that were exchanged, the content of the emails is erased and does not show up. This proves my point that it was a scam email that was sent to me. I reached out today again through the live chat bot to receive the response that the Resolution Team will reach out to me in 2-3 business days regarding this issue. The same "team" that responded to me the first time my account was "unlocked". I am so angry and upset that a company I have loved for YEARS has turned for the worst.

Have been a supporter for over 10 years. Recent online customer experience has made me never want to purchase from them again. Large waste of my time for a simple (less than 30 second fix on their end). If your order is lost in shipping, good luck!
This company is fraudulent. I was supposed to receive a full refund for a shipment that never came in December…it is MARCH. Originally i tried to make it work by getting a new shipment sent out but the customer service is run by absolute idiots that cannot read. Three out of the four emails i sent (all responded by different people) had the same dismissive response basically telling me things i already know from looking at the tracking information. When the fourth person responded they had some sort of direction. However when i asked for the refund they wanted me to send in a couple months worth of my bank statements (wtf?!) this is private information they wanted me to send in. It also takes me way longer to cross everything out on my statements than it does for them to look up my name, see my account information, acknowledge the shipment was never received, and press refund… Or is their system that poorly run that they need me to do it for them?!
I am not someone to go out of their way to review but this company is exceptionally horrible and deserving of all the bad reviews it receives. Do not order from them. The clothing is not worth the headache you end up going through.
I have always had a very good interaction with staff. Always impressed with construction and style. Prices are high and in this case, they seem worthwhile.
Answer: Middle schoolers just "have" to have these. I think they are overpriced and not worth the label.
Answer: Customer Service hours are very limited. Hold time is excessive, and customer resolution is NOT a priority.
