A month after ordering... and status is STILL Processing... WTF. No number to call and check status... How can a company still be processing after a month!

I bought items from this site, took over a month to receive. No customer service number to reach anyone. Sent several emails about my order, no response. When my order finally arrived, I was shocked with what I saw. The materials does not look as quality as what they posted on their website. I received inferior materials, no sure anyone will get back to me if I return them plus cost of sending it. One of the dresses I bought is shorter in length than what they posted on their web site. I regretted ever ordering dresses from them

Dopo aver atteso mesi l'arrivo della merce e constatato la scarsissima qualità (ma solo dopo che già paypal si era espresso a loro favore per merce non ricevuta, poiché arrivata mentre stavo in ferie) inizia il calvario con questi infami:
1° mi chiedono di restituire la merce dichiarando un importo inferiore (sicuramente per non pagare le tasse);
2° solo dopo mesi mi informano che la merce risultava resa MA solo 2 capi su 3 (assolutamente falso perché a parte indossare malissimo erano tutti di scarsissima qualità), così (a parole) mi hanno riconosciuto un importo di reso decurtato del valore del capo a loro non risultante (ottobre 2020).
3° ad oggi ancora sostengono aver provveduto ad emettere il rimborso mentre a Paypal non risulta nulla e, peggio non forniscono l'ID della transazione di rimborso! (Assolutamente in malafede).
Cosi oltre ad aver pagato x della monnezza ora non ho neppure quella (potevo usare per farne degli stracci!).
Sono in grado di fornire tutte le informazioni necessarie perché VERISSIME!

Brought colourful trainers from site called Dressibe, advertised on Facebook, paid via PayPal, company who took payment was ShoesPie... took over 2 months to receive a product, after contacting them and involoving PayPal, eventually received some kind of footwear. Basically sent some tat, handed them to my daughter, as was for her, looked at me, like a was having a laugh... i wouldnt know how to describe them!

Contacted ShoesPie to inform them of their error, which they said, keep them and you can have $15 discount, i was like, you having a laugh mate! These things are not worth the $20 plus difference, i wouldn't even pay $5 for them! So they comeback with $20... i laughed and said no, want the correct shoes or full refund, they said could give me only $38.99 refund, can't refund shipping... plus only way i would get refund was once they had received the things they had sent me in perect condition, no dirt, no perfume or damage. Fair enough.

While chatting to them, i had raised a case via PayPal with them, giving them all the information, photos of the things they sent and what was actually supposed to receive... which shoesPie didn't like, as PayPal contacted them, ShoesPie were adamant i wouldn't get full refund, but PayPal has awarded me and paid me a full refund from ShoesPie.

The company uses various names, but are utter crap!... offer discount... give you spill to keep the rubbish... DON'T USE!

In March I ordered a cool looking leather biker jacket through a website link on Facebook called Jaspopo, which purported to be in Germany. I received an email confirming
The order but nothing else. After fruitless efforts to contact them, some research showed this was a front for Shoespie. I contacted them and they messed me around, eventually sending me a cheap imitation leather jacket in a different style, so I opened a complaint with PayPal. Shoespie offered me a €15 part refund(I'd originally paid €42). It looks like they put fake pictures of clothing, shoes etc on their website, take your money then send you cheap Chinese tat... if you're lucky you get a partial refund but you've still paid more for the item than it is worth.

They have apparently been reported for offering people discounts or vouchers to post favorable reviews - no trustworthy company would do this.

Made a purchase, spur of the moment, Paypal. Never received the item, emailed them to tell them how unhappy I was, especially after I read the reviews. They offered me an 8% discount off my next order. How are these companies able to operate? Advertise on Facebook? Advertise anywhere? I've learned my lesson. Just a quick glance on here let me know I was just another sucker. You can no longer enjoy a casual love affair with online shopping, clicking on what you like and impulse buying. You now have to google the site, see if they are legitimate and then close out your shopping cart or run for the hills. Its Bull$#!%. Well played ShoesPie, well Played...

I ordered a jacket on January 18th. Almost every week for about a month I got an email apologizing for the delay and offering me crappie discounts for my next order. I emailed them asking to cancel the order, and got no response. I made a case with PayPal, and the company said that if I dropped the case they would cancel the order. I dropped the case, and heard nothing for a week. They just emailed me that they can't refund my order because they have already sent it... one week after I told them I dropped the case and want a refund.

This is a Chinese company posing as an American company. Shame on me for not researching this company further before ordering from them. This is not my first time dealing with a Chinese company that is posing as an American one.

Scam company go away, try to support your business and your fraudulent. Still waiting on my dress.
When will I receive my order?
