This company is ripping people off. Their products don't exist. They take your money instantly and then never send you what you ordered. DO NOT PURCHASE - it has to be a scam. These $#*!s are just banking on all our money and their return policy is ridiculously bad. STAY AWAY!

Always love shoespie, the boots are really fashionable, and the quality is great.

I paired the wonderful boots with an evening dress which gives an awesome look. I felt relaxed to wear these boots. The upper material of these boots is suede and this gives a comfy feel.

The shoes fit me very well and I wore them to a prom. When my friends saw the shoes, they asked me where I bought them. I don't want to wear the same shoes as others but I still tell them about shoespie. I have a wedding to attend in August, so I decide to buy another pair of shoes from you.

This company is so bad. My order arrived after over 2 months. Boots were too small. I sent them over 20 emails asking for return address, would always get back general email with no answer. I called them million times, phone always busy. Forgot to say, sent them email with order number, photos, all they asked for and still no answer. Finally i got hold of them on the phone and Marisa/customer service told me somebody will get back to me in 5 hours with return address, i was soooo upset. Went to post office today to return them, return would cost me $38, boots cost me $45. So 3 months later i am stuck with stupid boots of such a poor quality and too small in size. This is crazy, when you are ordering it doesn't say they come from China. Never, NEVER EVER again. Horrible quality, long wait, horrible customer service. I want them to pay for returning this boots and i want my money back. This is unbelievable. I will make sure to spread my voice to as many people and companies i know not to order anything from them. What a rip off. Shame on you shoespie, shame on you.

Chaussures vraiment parfaite. Moi qui ai une petite cheville elles me tiennent parfaitement. Je fais du 38 et j'ai commandé du 38 et c'est parfait. Elles sont super confortable. Je recommande.
