I spent months trying to find my dream sandals for my wedding that i saw on pinterest. When i finally found them i was so excited that i paid way more than i had planned for a pair of sandals. I ordered them and recieved an email confirmation and an order number. A few days later i went to their website and entered the order number, it said it was an invalid number! I sent an email and got no response. When i ordered the shoes, it said the very latest i would get them would be today. Guess what, no shoes! I sent the second email yesterday and still no response. I put a review on the facebook post that now pops up in my newsfeed and they deleted it immediately! With no attempt to contact me or message me! This is a total scam! Now im out my dream shoes and $80.00!
-------- got my sandals, in gold! I ordered pewter! Gold isn't even an option to order! And they are super tight around the ankle and really lose on the part that goes between the toes. So guess I have to find something else to wear in my wedding that's 2 weeks from now. Oh and I got an email from them asking to remove my review. Didn't even make an attempt to make it right with me. Please people, don't order from these scam artists!

I ordered a pair of boots for my fiance. A month later I get an email stating they we're out of stock. She didn't want any other boots on the site so I declined the opportunity to pick a new item. It's been five months now and a ridiculous amount of emails asking for a refund - all of which get no response. This is robbery and bad Business ethics. You can't just take someone's money like that. I'm highly displeased with this company.

The shoes I ordered from ShoesPie were label-less and seemingly handmade to appear as it does online. First, let me just say that it took forever to get notification that the item had even shipped. Next, when I contacted them, it became apparent that their English was not very good. The customer service rep gave me a tracking number. Now I realize it is coming from China so I'm okay with waiting, but the tracking number did not want to work for me. So I just waited it out.

When the shoes finally arrived, I noticed the box was a tad bit beaten up, but the shoes inside seemed to be good quality. I tried them on and they were a good fit and very cute on! I was pleased and excited about wearing them out (they were dress shoes).

Well, the other night I decided it was time to break my new shoes in on a night on the town. Big mistake. I was very unsturdy on my feet the whole night long. I thought maybe it was because I hadn't worn high heels in a while, but it got progressively worse as the night went on. While walking downtown, I began to walk very wobbly. I didn't know what was going on and my date thought I was drunk. It was very embarrassing. Then, the inevitable happened: my heel broke right there in the middle of downtown! I was so embarrassed. I had to take them off and walk BAREFOOT all the way back to he car. Luckily it wasn't too far away, but it was a very embarrassing experience, one that I will not likely forget for some time.

I've had to chuck the shoes because I was so disgusted at the time I just left the broken heel on the street where it fell off. I'm not going to even try to redeem these shoes. It was a bad purchase and I consider it a learning experience. I'm not saying don't purchase from this dealer. I'm just giving you a cautionary tale. I know I have learned my lesson and will be purchasing from more reputable dealers in the future.

As for all the good reviews on this site, pay close attention to how they are all typed in broken English, just like on their website. If a business is truly good, they wouldn't need to do that. They are just trying to offset the genuinely bad reviews.

I PURCHASED SHOES FROM THIS SITE WHICH I RECEIVED OVER A MONTH LATE. THE ITEM CAME NOT AS DESCRIBED AND WHEN I TRIED TO RECEIVE A REFUND THEY WERE NO HELP. AFTER COUNTLESS E-MAILS BACK AND FORTH AND ME THREATENING REVIEWS IF THEY DIDN'T HELP, I THEN SEE CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD FOR $1,000 WORTH IN THE SAME AREA IN CHINA! THIS IS A NIGHTMARE AND NOW I HAVE TO FIGHT THIS WITH MY BANK. I CANNOT BELIEVE WHAT FRAUD THESE PEOPLE ARE. GET A LIFE AND FIND REAL JOBS! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND MY CREDIT CARD AND I AM LIVID. SHOESPIE.COM IS A SCAM! SHOESPIE IS A SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND STRESS.

What's really going on with this company? I believe there are something that's not right. I placed my order on line 12th of May 2015 now it's 13th of June 2015. Still no shipment now there is a problem here I have sent several emails no responsive. So I decides to call no answer. When I went on line to tried to get a tracking information zero information so I decide to see if I would chat live with someone bingo! Spoken with a lady name Medoly which told me my tracking # which I went on line to track guess mistake nothing was founded I would like a refund and the website shut down because it's a fake! ORDERED SHOES 4/21/15 - TODAY IS 6/1/2015 AND STILL NO SHOES. I have communicated with Shoespie over 6+ as of today. To NO avail, I still have not received my shoes. The representative had the audacity to email me a fictitious USPS Tracking number on 5/25/15 (no trackable number) and claim that I will receive my shoes shortly. NOT! NO SHOES. The representative also requested that I remove the negative reviews that I posted relinquishing the truth about Shoespie company. And further said that I will receive a refund... hmmmmmmm, it doesn't make sense to me. Am I going to receive the shoes which I ordered or am I getting a refund, or am I getting a refund AND the shoes for free? Highly unlikely that either will happen. Stay tuned review readers to the next saga of No shoes, fictitious USPS tracking number, and...

So a product that was shipped from California needs to be returned to China. That would probably cost more than the shoes themselves. An how long would the exchange time possibly be since we waited almost a month to get them the first time around. This is truly ridiculous.

The above is from today. After a week of back an forth which only translates to 3 messages on both ends this is the finally results. We have to do more and incur more of a cost than the original purchase which was already high. We even have to do more than the site did to send the product. This is not only bad business but insulting to intelligence. I will never purchase another product from this site and will make it my business to warn people of the business practices of this site.

I just discovered this website and i'm happy that I found it. The shoes are unique and cute! I already ordered two pairs from shoespie and they're coming in the mail. Cant wait! I was bummed out about the price of shipping, but I understand because it was a Korean pair of shoes and I had to get it shipped from a far distance. I'm so excited about this place because its not in the mall, so its like kinda like a secret. I will most likely get shoes from here in the future!

I ordered a shoe from shoespie but I noticed the the tracking number given to me is fake. The customer service said that it was posted with china air mail but china air mail said there is no order number as that and now I need my shoe or my money refunded if not I will report to the police of this scam website because this company is fake and each time I call its only a particular girl that picks the call is that to say that the company has just one customer service rep?
I asked her to track the shoe with the tracking number but she refused to because there is no tracking number as such. China post air mail has a track number starting with RR but she gave me a completely different track number starting with 2015--------------- pls don't buy any thing frpom SHOESPIE. I will report this company to the police if I don't get a refund

I don't know why I trusted this website... It was so costly and not worth it! I would never recommend anyone to purchase from shoes pie! Clearly they do not know how make or replicate shoes and the 5 star reviews are lies. It took two months for me too receive the crap they made. It would be straight up embarrassing to wear in these in public and I would never try to resell these to anyone. But seriously for others out there who are considering ordering please hear my warning not worth the money and headache! -_-
