I am always highly satisfied with the quality of the shoes. The online assistance is extremely helpful and takes the guesswork out of shopping online. I feel like I'm shopping with a personal stylist.
I ordered three pair shoes from this company they sent 2 pair that were three sizes too big. They took a long time to come. I'm still waiting on the last pair and hopefully they will be the right size I asked them about returning the shoes that were too big and they said I will be responsible for shipping when I took the shoes to the post office one pair will cost $73 to ship I gave $90 for the shoe so why would I spent 73 to send them back I will not order anything from this company ever again customer service did respond to me within 24 hours it did me no good. I'm so disappointed I wasted a lot of money and I can't do anything about it customer service even suggested that I sell the shoes or give them to a friend or family I told him that I was not going to do that but I guess I will so I can get some of my money back.
I ordered 2 pairs of boots. One even my 6 yr old could not put on, the neck of the boot was so narrow your feet couldn't pass through. The other boot literary melted off my feet when it got a wet from the rain outside... as if it was made out of cardbox and paper. Beware!
12 October 2015 I orderd some shoes, I receive it after more than 2 weeks, they were terrible, not al all so glamorous at on the damn site. I wrote them like 5 times, they finally agree to give me a refund but they also wrote in the e-mail "if you could kindly change your opinion about us, we will immediately send the compensation directly to you. The compensation normally takes about 3-7 days to reach your account". This are exactly the words from the e-mail.
What do I have to understand? That if I change my opinion and I delete my bad review I will get my refund? I guess so cause now is already 17 Ianuary 2016, few months later and I still did not get my refund.
My question is: am I going to receive that refund ever?
I m really looking foreword for an answer!
My advise: PEOPLE, do not ever order on ShoesPie, you will feel really sorry, is waste of money for terrible quality!

I purchased a pair of boots in October, but it didn't arrive 10 days later. So i emailed them and the customer service is very helpful. They helped me check the parcel and found it already arrived to the local post office. And then, they helped me know more information on that boots. Finally, I received it and it looked just as the picture. Really thanks for Shoespie!
I just received what I thought would be my wedding shoes. When they finally came in they were nothing like the picture! The quality is disgusting. It honestly looks like my 2 year old niece made them. The strand of rhinestones is completely crooked and even falling off. They were supposed to have a pretty bow on the back. It is just fabric folded over on itself and glued there, which you can see the glue. Now that I'm trying l return them I was offered a whole $10 and I can keep the shoes to sell to my friends. That is the most absurd offer I have ever heard. Sam has been awful to deal with. I have emailed at least 5 times and still haven't gotten the return address. Do not ever order from this site. They are horrific knock offs and it will cause you the biggest headache!

I ordered a pair of shoes for $80, paid for expedited shipping and received them almost two weeks later. The shoes also look nothing like the quality of the shoe in the picture. I have sent two emails with no response. I don't understand how you sell merchandise to ship to the US and no customer service number to call. Looking for a refund.

I bought a pair of $92 boots, but one of them had a scuff mark when it arrived. I asked about a return and the Shoespie rep checked the photoes and offered to take the pair back or give me a $73 credit!

I have paid over $100 for a pair of shoes and $25 for expedited services and I'm still waiting. I HATE that I ordered my shoes for an event online. I'll never shop with this company again. Didn't notice you can't call them until I needed to. Still awaiting an email response.

I ordered the wedge lace boots and they did take about 3 weeks to come in from date of order to day on my doorstep. I will say they were made very well, there wasn't a thing out of place! Did they look exactly like the picture? No, but about 90% close. The pic looked like they were made out of leather I got mine in suede :/ and the toe was much more rounded in the picture than what I received. Overall good product. I was definitely overcharged though. I payed $118, I'd say they're worth maybe $60 somewhere else.
Rubbish shoes, I spent over £160 on two pairs of shoes, paid for expediated delivery. The shoes still did not arrive within 7 working days. I spent countless evenings emailing Customer services about my order. I was fobbed off each time, with comments of how the shoes are being specially handmade.
When one of the shoes finally arrived it was in a crap condition. Straight away I saw glue residue, threading and fraying.
I have experience in the manufacturing of shoes as I was previously a shoe purchaser of Italian shoes, I can immediately tell the difference between quality and crap. I complained about the quality and received a substandard reply. I took pictures to prove how poorly made they were. I received inadequate responses and was ignored.
The second pair finally arrived in a similar condition, complained yet again, received apologies from Sam.
I tried my utmost to get a refund of £50, thus has not transpired and I was offered £15.
Today I returned to the site to see whether my £15 had been added to the account this has not happened.
I believe the Company should be strike off and removed from the Internet, it is an utter disgrace that these Crooks are able to swindle hardworking people.
They should not be able to operate and my advice to anyone whom is DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Will never purchase any product from ShoePie ever again. Selling bad product is bad business especially when it's presented as good quality attire. Shoes pictured on their website is not the shoes received. And the quality of the shoes is absolutely poorly made. Will not recommend purchasing from this website and others like this. And they have poor customer service.

This by far is the worst pair of shoes EVER! The ankle scrap was made from plastic, I could literally cut it with my scissors and So big that it could fit around a horses ankle! The glue was not smoothed out on the edge of the shoes. It looked like a science project... really! I am so disappointed... because the shoes were so cute online. That was worse 82 bucks I've ever spent, not worth me sending back to china! Never again! So sad

I post my review not long ago to warn people not to buy any shoes. Shoes pie is definitely a fraud company. After shoes were arrived one month later, the shoes doesn't fit at all. I decided to fix the shoes through a shoe cobbler since I have to spend my money to send them back to CHINA to get a refund. My shoes are advertised as $200.00 and it is 70 % off, so it costs $61.99. With shipping fee, I paid $ 74.00. I asked the cobbler if they are made of leather although they look cheap but hoped that they have $200.00 value. The shoe cobbler said they are made out of very cheap vynle. I GOT SCAMMED BIG TIME. I ENDED UP SPENDING almost $100.00 over only $20.00 worth of shoes.

If I could give this company and negative rating I would!
I ordered two pair of shoes from this company. I registered myself as a user on the website, but never got any information as to the status of my order. After not receiving anything for 3 weeks I emailed customer service asking for guidance on how to track the packages. Asking what the status of the order was. I was told to allow for another 10-15 days and to be patient. Two weeks later, no deliver. When attempting to check the status on their website it now says no order on file. Emailed Customer Service again. Informed order would be shipped in 2-3 days. 11 Days later no order, emailed customer service again. Response was order had been shipped that day, tracking number provided. 14 days later tracking website says order has been delivered. To whom, I have no idea as I have no shoes! Here we are today, Aug. 5,2015 almost 3 months no shoes, credit card charge full amount, no refund and email from them asking for an additional $13 for shipping as my order had been returned because the shipping address provided was not complete. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULANT COMPANY!

I placed an order July 25 and I didnt receive an email confirming my order from Shoespie. I go into my account and only says that order is being processed. I sent several emails and no response. Really disappointed. I want my money back

Answer: No... I NEVER received the shoes I ordered. I paid via paypal. Thus, I filed a complaint and requested a refund. Believe the REAL reviews by the real consumers. Some of the reviews that are positve were written by the employees. You can tell by the grammar. Do not invest your hard earn money in a company that obviously does not deliver the product that is advertised. Buyer Beware!

Claimed their shoes where original, made per or to order. After months of waiting, im finally told. Its out of stock. The choice is up to you, i dont mean to discourage anyone.
