I've lived in chester all my like. I go to shoe show all the time but they always had same old shoe over and over. I went in about a week ago and so many different shoes I asked the lady to help me measure my children I have 5 kids she stayed with me measued everyone even measure me. We all got shoes spent almost 300. I asked her name and position. She was store manager and her name was Kim, she told me any shoe I need she will get for me or help me or on your web site. Way to go shoe show.

I just received my shoes from Shoe Show. They were wrapped very nicely. They were brand new. The first pair (Brown Ones) I opened were nice and soft and comfortable. I got two pairs of Aloha Island shoes. The second pair (Black Ones) was soft on the bottom of my feet, but the material of the top of the shoe was hard on the middle of my foot. Overall I would recommend this store. Other than the middle top of the shoe, everything was awesome!

I just received my shoes from shoe show, and WOW. I have never been more disgusted in my life. When I opened the box of shoes, there was no paper wrapping the shoes. I took the shoes out of the box and the bottoms look like someone marched to Africa and back in the shoes. How dare you ship me USED shoes! They didn't even try to conceal that they were used. There are deep scuffs on the heels and toes of the shoes (flats), and there is dirt all over them. When I called "customer service" the rep sounded half sleep, and the other half sounded uninterested in my complaint. She advised me to take them back to a local store. She advised me "if they accuse you of having worn the shoes, just have them call customer service." Like, really? You can simply track the package to see that I just got the shoes. How the heck would you accuse me of wearing the soles off of them? I purchase from shoe show often, but if this is how you all are doing business now, you can keep this mess! I usually am very satisfied with the things I purchase from Shoe show. However ordering online isn't so great. I have purchased over $100 worth of items in the past 10 days. My 1st order was over a week ago. I haven't received any of the 5 ITEMS ordered and when trying to track my package it has no info. I just placed another order on Monday. I got the 1st pair of sandals on Thur. They were great. I get another package today. It contained 1 flip flop. Not 2. I understand the mail and shipping may be behind right now but to pack a box with only 1 shoe in it is uncalled for. The package actually contains a card saying it was personally packed and checked by ***. I will not list name at this time. I've tried calling customer service but no answer.

I first learned about shoe show attending a funeral in Baltimore. I live in N. Y. and I accidentally left my shoes home I searched up malls found one 10 mins away, my mom and I went store to store looking for shoes in my size(some 11 but mostly 12 because of my wide feet) but to no avail the last store we went in (in which we thought it's over I'm gonna have to wear slippers to this funeral) told us "go next door to shoe show, they carry sizes all the way to size 13 or 14 I believe" long story long lol Shoe show has been my go to store for my size since "Parade of shoes", "Ninewest" and now "Payless" all closed down and I thought my life was over because i was not paying a hundred anything for shoes I just can't sorry but anyway needless to say I came out of that store with about 6 pair of shoes just me alone my mom found a pair that she liked but she has average size feet so she could go anywhere but i got 6 Pair of shoes, not only did i get 6 pair the ridiculous part is I paid under $100 for all 6 pair lol ANNNND why they had to tell me it was a website for them... when I got back home I ordered 8 more pair for myself and 4 pair for my daughter and the bill was still about $125 from sale items my husband said "where the hell you putting all them shoes?" but anywho i decided to write a review because of this experience I just had with a rep just now, I ordered 7 pairs of sandals on Mon around 2am, (total was $97)ckd my order status the following morning my bank processed the order but i didn't see an email from shoe show about it. While ckg it i saw that 4 pair of the sandals I just ordered 2 am on Mon went down $5 and $6 I was like but no worries i called them right up and they gave me a price adjustment of $21.53 #winning 7 pairs of sandals for $75

I ordered a pair of Skechers Energy. They shoebox they were in was all torn up and smashed with tape holding it together. Then the tissue paper inside was torn and wrinkled as if someone had crinkled it up then reused it. Next were the shoes that the insole was already bulged and coming out of. The laces weren't even tucked into the shoe to try to pretend they weren't used. I don't even want them now. I don't appreciate paying good money only to receive what looks like a garage sale find. I won't order online from this site EVER AGAIN.

I have ordered over 20 pairs of shoes and boots in the past 12 months with no issues at all. When I first found this site, there was no shipping charges and I ordered a lot of sale items. Revamped their site and now there is a minimum for free shipping so I just add to the cart over time until I get to the minimum. This is my "go to" site now for shoes although I still use others.
Since I have never had to contact customer service, I cannot comment on their effectiveness.
