If your shoes don't fit and they don't carry the size larger - they will charge you a $7.95 fee per item returned. They don't mention this when you buy and don't mention it when you return - just send an e -mail when they receive your return - pretty cheap trick.

I just place a order today and called them to ask them to price match boots I saw advertised on the makers website. That's when I found out the ten extra dollars I paid for 2 day shipping DOES not REALLY mean 2 day shipping! NEVER EVER wil I visit their website! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Then when I asked for a supervisor twice they refused to put a Sup on the line. Then they said it actually says it. They need to make it clear as day you will not really get the package in 2 days. This is plain old DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING and I can't wait to call the BBB FIRST thing in the morning. READERS ALSO BEWARE they are NOT the cheapest they DO NOT REALLY have the BEST prices!' And to top it all off they actually told me it was too late to cancel. Well if the shipment is not going to GO OUT for 5 DAYS then WHY CANT I CANCEL THE ODER! CROOKS

They don't get their packages on time and expedited shipping has a different meaning to them. I repeat X OUT OF THE WINDOW AND GO ELSEWHERE. Absolutely terrible place to order shoes. I ordered my first pair of 116 dollar shoes from Shoebuy at the beginning of November. After I got the confirmation email with my order number that they've RECIEVED my order, I waited a whole week before giving them a call when I still had not seen the shipping confirmation email. I called up there 3 days in a row & got the same answer that someone would give me a call back after not being able to find my order number. Finally found out on the 4th day that SHOEBUY had canceled my order on accident. So customer service themselves reordered my size 5 black boots. When they finally arrived it was a size 8.5 & not even the same boot that I ordered. I called & asked to speak to a manager, after waiting for 15 minutes the "manager" told me I needed to go out of my way to go to the ups store & return it back to them, THEN try the order again. It is now almost December & I've been dealing with this for a whole month now. I'm livid.
Ur choice to become political rather than a retail business was an ill advised decision. Politics and business don't mix. I do not know why anyone would be a repeat customer of SHOES.COM. I sure won't be. Their disrespect for customers is unbelievable. I guess they don't realize that their are reputable online shoes and accessory stores who DO care about their customers.
The color of the shoes was completely different from that shown. I assume they were made in some even-cheaper third world cesspool by slave labor. Contacted customer service and was dismissed.

I just read that this company has inserted politics into their business by banning our President Elect Donald Trump's daughter's products from their site. I find that unacceptable. I will no longer visit this site when shopping.
I will NEVER order from Shoes.com. I didn't want to select any starts, but I had to select one to post this review. I am a huge online shopper and have never had such a bad experience. After being on hold for over 30 minutes, I figured out how to process a return without an account or speaking to someone. Also learned that I will be charged $5.95 for the return. So much for free shipping and returns! I will never go to this site again, ever. Terrible (really no) customer service and misleading claims regarding shipping and return fees.

This place is a scam!
I tried to order a pair of shoes online and it told me my order wouldn't go through, thinking maybe it was a server issue I tried again. But no luck. I was told the process couldn't be finished and the transaction was void.
Then I go and look at my bank account and see that $130 has been taken out! The price of two pairs of shoes. So it wouldn't let me buy them, but it was able to charge my account.
I immediately call to make sure the order wasn't confirmed and ask if they can send a fax to my bank so my bank can personally remove the charges. They tell me they can't do that (but they could) and the charges aren't actually there... What?!
They told me it was a hold so nothing was removed (which was BS). But they said it would fall off in a day. Three days later... Nothing's gone! I call again and tell the same story to another person. They tell me they'll put in a request to get the charges removed quicker and, once again, I should see them gone in a day.
Well it's been three more days and I finally called again. Supposedly they will be gone in an hour and if they're not gone by the end of today, I am going to raise hell.
This company is nothing but a scam.
Horrible customer service and charge for return shipping which is comically stated as a restocking fee. They even sent a bogus picture of the soles of shoes that I returned. They were not the shoes I returned.

I couldn't believe shoe.com came to me as a pop up on my phone. I had been looking for a trusted online site. I had a bad experience with online shopping in the past. I didn't trust online shopping, but shoe.com put my trust back in online shopping. My Oder came quick and its exactly what I ordered right down to my size. They even made it convenient for me to track my order. Thank you again shoe.com I will be ordering again soon.

I've been buying from shoebuy.com for a while this one time I purchased boots for my granddaughter age 5, the boots size was 11W, well it didn't fit the so call wide was so narrow her foot could not go in. I called and explained why I'm going to return it, customer service rep said you can exchange it for a bigger size, I said no because I did get a half size bigger so when she wears thick socks it's comfortable. I was explained that I'll get a return label, and less 6.95 on my refund for restocking fee outrageous. I was upset, because of their false advertisement I must pay, clearly the boots were not wide width and if that's what they say then it's to steal people's money in a diplomatic way. Disgusting. Don't buy children's shoes here if you need wide width, it's a scam...
I accidentally shipped my boots to my parents' house and, after realizing this, I emailed customer care asking if I could reroute them to my apartment. They called me the next day saying that they emailed and got confirmation from US that my packaget was rerouted. They also said that if I didn't receive my package by that Friday that I should alert them immediately and they would investigate it. They were very professional and quick to answere and correct my mistake- very pleased with my boots as well!

It was a nightmare to shop at shoes.com. Bought a pair of shoes wrongly, tried to call and wrote to them. The phone line is forever on hold! And never get any reply from the email!
No choice, I had to send back the shoes as a return. At that point, I was praying that the experience doesn't get any worst than this. I was wondering if there is anyone that is working for shoes.com? If I will get my refund? Sure enough, the return was received by shoes.com on sept 7th, after one month, I still don't get my refund!
Will never buy from shoes.com again! Really bad experience!

Answer: Stay away! I tried to make an exchange, and they charged me for the new shoes and then claimed that returned shoes were worn and damaged and wouldn't give me my money back. I wore them long enough to try them on and even then the shoes were so small and stiff that I couldn't get my feet into them! I asked the customer service "manager" (the 4th "manager" I spoke to) if we are allowed to try on the shoes and shes said "yes of course" to which I said then why do you consider what I did wearing them? She didn't have an answer. This is a scam to sell off damaged or defective merchandise. Stay away.
