I ordered sandals. Got email saying they were delivered, I never received them. Reported and filed claim with lasership who was supposed to deliver, they said nothing but contact you. Haven't been able to do that and still have no sandals

My account is saying that my order was delivered to my local post office. The post office never received it and my neighbors never received it by mistake. Could I possibly receive a credit for my purchase instead of the order being re shipped.

I've found the SD shoes and boots to be of great quality, true to size, attractive, and they're comfortable. I left VIP because of the jump in price, but I'll still buy something that catches my eye.

The representative listened to my issue with the fitting and tried to find a pair that would fit. WHen that did not work out she sent me a mailing label to return the shoes.

I absolutely love my new boots! I have yet to purchase something from the site I didn't love. The one time I accidentally got something in the wrong size it was perfect for my niece and those are her favorite pair of shoes!

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
