My shoe was delivered to a wrong apartment number and thank God someone saw it the next day & brought it over with the package ripped open.
Two out of the four shoes did not fit little sad but it's ok
Really love the quality of the product but the design isn't great. The straps aren't adjustable enough to fit me so I'm gonna try to see if I can work with it and make it work because I love them so much.

Never used to have issues with this site and all of a sudden they are sending me wrong merchandise. Wrong sizes the wrong shoes none of my merchandise was in the recent purchase I will be revoking my membership.

I have 2 pieces from here. One heels the other heed long thigh high boots. They do not go around my whole leg...it's sad... I guess they weren't called.

I've been a customer with shoedazzle for years! I've always loved their shoes. The quality and style are amazing as always but unfortunately the site has become less user friendly over the years. I cannot use my favorites page. For some reason it never loads or saves new favorites. Skipping monthly is a chore when I am not given a reminder like other sites do. The new credit system gives me a bit more freedom at checkout but I noticed it will not apply all credits I have until I spend a certain amount. I hope they focus on the website functionality in the future so I can shop with a bit more ease! I would love a functioning app too instead of always needing to use a browser

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
