I ordered a loafer, and due to sizing I needed to return them and exchange them for a different size. After sending back the original size, it took almost TWO MONTHS to get the different size shipped to me. Never again. Next time, I'll just return the shoe altogether.
Was told that they would only accept payment from credit cards, no debit cards. I paid for the shoes I wanted, and canceled the subscription and the email list, and they try to take $50 out of my account every week.
I used to purchase all kinds of shoes left and right and the price was usually the biggest motivator. I always loved the way they fit as well. Pleasantly surprised. As far as my last order … It was the complete opposite. Not one out of the three pairs of shoes fit right. I ordered them in a size up and they all were so small I couldn't believe it. There's no way someone who was two sizes down from me could have even worn them. They were so cheaply made. I couldn't even stand to look at them. Definitely disappointed for sure. I do not know if I even want to shop with the place anymore. I can understand one pair, but not all three.Also the amount of late that they were was unreal.

After I ordered my boots I asked to be removed but they still charged my card the membership fee. I am not happy with it. I will never order from them again
I ordered shoes and received them fairly quickly, within 4 days, on my first purchase. However, I needed to exchange them for a smaller size and sent the shoes back. After 3 weeks with no updates, I reached out to the company, and they claimed to be "looking" for my return. Miraculously, they found it, but it then took another 2 weeks for them to ship out the new pair. Throughout this process, I made it clear that I needed the shoes by a specific date, but they continued to give me the runaround about losing the items and delayed shipping. I even asked for the shoes not to be sent out, but they said they couldn't do that because there was already a shipping label on them, yet when I inquired, they had told me the shoes hadn't been shipped. It was incredibly confusing, and the customer service team didn't seem to know what they were doing. Overall, it wasn't worth the headache to save on shoes. Go to Macy's!

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.

There is an option called "pay-as-you-go". There will be no access to VIP prices and perks (such as an exclusive set of styles and reward points) anymore, but there will be no monthly fee.
