The almost is not with shoedazzle, it's with the delivery. Everything was on point items updates and delivery. Delivery was however made to the incorrect apt# where I, had to search the complete building before finding it on the top floor where I'm located on the ground level.

First of all, I didn't buy anything for $49. I want my money back. I don't understand how you guys can take money out of my account. And you have to give me my money back. I didn't buy anything, I didn't receive anything, because I didn't buy anything. I just want my money. You can't take money out of people's accounts when they don't buy anything.

Sizing is very inconsistent on clothing. If you wear small get medium or large, but then it may be too big. Overall, not bad
I placed an order with my vip credits. Received the wrong order. Returned the wrong order and had a representative place my order again only for them to cancel it after a month of waiting! So now i have to reorder everything and somethings they dont have anymore! After this im done with shoedazzle! It aint the 1st time they have screwed up. And their stuff aint the best quality either.
I purchased two pairs of boots. Both fit wonderfully, one boot had a piece on the inside that rubbed and irritated my foot. I requested another pair. I was told that I can receive a refund upon return. The PROBLEM is that I was refunded $10! I SHOULD BE REFUNDED THE FULL PURCHASE PRICE! 1st pair is $10 and since I only ended up with 1 pair/1st pair these are the $10 boots and the returned boots are the regular priced boots and I should get the full price of the refund!
Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.

There is an option called "pay-as-you-go". There will be no access to VIP prices and perks (such as an exclusive set of styles and reward points) anymore, but there will be no monthly fee. You can still purchase for the retail price with free shipping for orders of $59 and above. Let me know if you like to be a pay-as-you-go member, I can help you make that change in your account.
