I ordered 4 pairs of shoes and boots, received them very fast, free shipping, VIP discount. 3 of the pairs were absolutely fabulous. The other pair of boots I was not fond of. I returned them free returns and they processed my refund so fast I could not believe it. The quality of their shoes and boots is really nice when you go into the stores you don't find anything as nice Or they cost a fortune. The only thing I don't like is I don't like the monthly Thing but you can skip a month as long as you remember and then it's no problem.

The shoes I ordered were NOTHING at all what the picture looked like. Then the size was like wayyy loose and the souls were like walking on concrete. HORRIBLE!

My experience was great, love my boots, the coat was a little too big, but I decided to keep it, for when I wear big sweater or sweater dresses or when I bundle up so I won't feel too stiff wearing it.

I love my boots. They came in early but they are big on the top like I can actually put my daughter leg in there with me. So I'm probably not gonna wear them. Wasted money.

I ordered a pair of boots for my daughter signed up for the VIP program got the shoes for 10 or 15 bucks paid $15 for shipping to get them here sooner the first time she wore them she had horrible blisters from Just 2 hours of wearing them. A few days later I get a charge on my card for $50 for a happy membership that I was unaware of so redefined print know what you're getting into these people will unexpectedly charge your card won't give you a refund and when you cancel your membership they take away credits that they gave you. It's a total waste of money
