I usually always have a good experience with Shoe Dazzle. I've only had to send a pair back once. It was only because I didn't read the reviews where everyone was saying they run small. Love the site...just wish all the boots and shoes weren't mostly stilettos.

Both sizes were available but unfortunately I have to send them back they don't fit. Red heels are too small & the Rowen heels were too big I shudve stayed with my size 8 with the Rowen heels the red heels just wasn't for me if I order a size up they will be too big

It was hard to fit the long boots therefore I have to return it. I had neck surgery therefore I couldn't send it back yet.

I purchased two pairs of shoes. One was the new member offer. One pair was very large for it's size. The other has a structural defect where I felt something in the heel area. I returned both. Return went smoothly. I was given a store credit for one and a refund for the other. I have not seen any other shoes I like at this point. I will wait. I hope I get a new member deal since at this point I have no shoes.
All in all the customer service is quite responsive. I don't hond then accountable for the product.just the service.

I was able to get the shoes that I wanted for a great price. The sale prices were awesome. The shoes looked just as pictured on the site. Can't wait to wear my new shoes.

I purchased at least 10 pairs of shoes, possibly few more because i lost count but out of all the shoes I'm only able to wear 4 pairs. And the site is so difficult to maneuver, it's hard to exchange. So now i just have a whole bunch of shoes i can't fit. A waste of money.

The first email I received saying my package will be here on December 3rd did not get my package did not get it even today and it's December 7th

Shoe had a black spot on it,and instead of sending me a replacement and i return the ruined ones when i recieve the new pair, no i get a label that i have to print off, the agent was rude and unattentive and didn't pay attention.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
