I ordered on 28/11 , until today 7/12, i still not yet get the shipping,there is no updated since 30/11 and customer service just tell me to wait. I don't know what to do.no one is going to help me find my package.
My order was safe and not damaged. Also, the order came in earlier than I expected. Very satisfied

They were supposed to send me a refund check mid October. They quoted me 4-6 weeks. It's going on 8.5 weeks and still no check. I've called every 48 hours for an update like they've asked and still nothing. Finally they have an update to tell me that theres a note in my account that the check was cashed. When I asked for further information like how the check was sent, where and when does it say it was cashed, etc. they tell me "I don't have that information. I've confirmed my address and all my information over and over again. They cannot provide me with answers and are pretty much telling me I'm SOS on my $199.75 refund... There's no way that check was cashed. I work from home, so no way in hell did someone take my mail, let alone know there was a check in there. I'm starting to think they never sent the check and gave me a roundabout story in hopes I would receive a check. I canceled my membership and will no longer be doing business with this $#*!ty organization.

Received 3 pair of boots in a very timely manner. Everything was packaged so nicely.
2 pair of the boots were same brand very soft, comfortable and true to size.
1 pair was a little hard, but probably just needs to be broken in.
Very satisfied with the quality and the attention to detail from Shoe Dazzle! Will order again!

I was very happy with my purchase except for a majority of my shoes not fitting. I tried multiple times to submit a return via the website, but ultimately had to call and complete the process over the phone. I received the email with my shipping label, but the link did not work and I was unable to print it. I tried emailing to request a new link and/or label, but have not gotten a response. The allotted amount of time to send items back is only seven days and without an acceptable shipping label I was not able to return my items within that time frame.

Love every pair of shoes I get. My only issue is always adding extra heel tabs(not sure what they are called) with the high heels or pumps they do get worn-out. Other than that can't wait 2 order my next pair

I value customer service and a smooth return policy. This company has neither. So whether or not they have good quality shoes is irrelevant. Never shopping here.

It's the best that I've had all along freight you ship it FedEx just doesn't seem to care about letting us know where the package is and you can't contact them and you when you do get somebody on the phone and get some moron from another country that doesn't understand English the way we use it in America and I hate buying anything that I have to do this it's almost where I want to go back to the stores and put up with the idiots in the stores, until cliche you can't fix stupid.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
