The boots fit perfectly & are SO comfy; I love them! The leggings and Jeans fit great as well ~ I usually have a hard time finding bottoms to fit me & these were perfect! My daughter and I both ordered a pair of boots. One pair was 2 different sizes and one pair was the wrong size. So I called and they expected me 2 send them back, wait a week for processing, then wait for them to ship back to me and hope this time they got it right. When the post office is at least 15 miles from my house! The point in shopping online is to not have to drive. It's supposed to be convenient!

Ordered 3 pairs of boots & while I love one pair the other 2 pairs are to small which totally sucks as I generally wear a size 10 but these boots just do not fit as I cannot zip them closed...

I hate that I don't get the VIP price when I am a VIP member. What's the use of a membership if you don't have perks. Other than that, the boots I purchased were nice.
