The shoes are beautiful! I just need to remember I am WAY shorter than a model.(I'm 5'2") I ordered some long boots that went up to the model's knees, and they go 3/4 up my thighs! Totally different look But beyond that, the boots came just as pictured! I love my white ones with the buckles!

I ordered boots in size 7.5 and they were Beyond large. I had a friend who wears a size 9 try them on and they were too big for her. Who sized these? They're in a box in the closet and I am donating them as it's too much of a hassle to try and return them.

I ordered my size, and it says it on box, but I can't hardly get my foot in the boot. This is very disappointing. Plus, I am charged 49.95 for not skipping the month. The boots came up to 34.95, but somehow I paid $4.95 out of pocket. Then I'm only getting a credit of $33.00. On top of that, I have t to pay for packaging to return them. OUTRAGIOUS! And I am done with this company. They have always been a rip off, and the only reason I had this charge is because I forgot to skip the month. They make it so hard to cancel membership. I can't get through to someone so I have to try to remember to cancel. But I am definitely canceling once I get these small boots returned.

I did NOT receive a package.! The tracking number said it was delivered to my front porch, and it never was.! I will not pay for something I did not receive.!

I have been with Shoe Dazzle since 2009. I have purchased things that I love and just continued with my VIP subscription. I was recently sent a survey, but as soon as I put in my age it came up saying that I am not qualified. I am 55 and wear all sorts of shoes and clothing, but did not like being shuned from the survey. I just cancelled my membership after so many years because of that. Other than that everything was fine.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
