Ordered two pairs of boots first time buying from shoedazzle. Received one pair and the other I still haven't received, I called and a representative said I haven't waited long enough and that I should get my package soon. I've tracked it and it says awaiting carrier pickup since January 3rd it's now January 19th at 11pm at night. Will be calling in morning and never purchasing from sight again. 1st pair of boots were ok cheap material and very uncomfortable If the "leather" is against my skin.

I'm undecided at the moment...the buying/ordering experience was super easy, and I received my items extremely fast. Sadly only 1 pair fit, out of the 4 boots that I purchased. No ones fault, it happens...but the return process was a tad extensive. First locating the return tab, then there was a mix up and very little explanation on Shoe dazzles part, which led to 2 different online chats with them. Fortunately both chat agents were friendly, and helpful.
I long returned my 3 pairs of shoes, still awaiting confirmation and my refund. Hopefully that goes smoothly. Overall I like Shoe Dazzle. I hope to try them again soon.

Called And Let Them Know I Never Received My Package, Here It Is A Week Later & I Still Haven't Heard Anything Back Nor Received A Refund, A Credit NOTHING!

I bought two pairs of shoes, I sent them both back due to them not fitting the very next day.I received a refund for one pair but not the other. They literally were shipped back together in the same box, so there's no way they didn't receive the second pair. Never again, that's bad business!

I have been a ShoeDazzle VIP Member for about a year now and I still love all of the boots and shoes that I have been able to purchase at a lower price. I love the sales - they are epic (even when shopping in Canadian Dollars!). The boots, shoes, purses, clothing are also great for gifts. My only small complaint is the lack of Plus Size Clothing. There are some but more would be much better!

I placed a order for 4 pieces for an amount of $75, later I request a return of a piece due to it didn't fits and they apply a refund for $10 and applied a new charge for $49. That is the worst experience. I wii not purchase anymore

The calf size in the boots are too small. If I purchase boots outside of this site I have a regular calf size but here I need a wide of calf. My issue is sometimes I buy stuff and don't try it in for months at a time.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
