I love the intro VIP prices, however after your first purchase all the items (aside from shopping in the clearance category, which most items are out of stock and half are overpriced even on sale) can be found much cheaper on other sites. They are slightly overpriced. Now the quality of the product is very good. I purchased a couple pairs off of a friend a few months ago and loved them! HOWEVER, the shipping is ridiculous! You ask for $14.95 on top of the prices for decent shipping. You offer free shipping if we spend enough on our purchase of the high priced items. The free shipping is a joke! I made my into VIP purchase nearly 2 weeks ago, still no delivery! What I did get delivered was multiple emails about the delivery date, furst they were going to be delivered on Wed., then they changed to Thursday. However I was then told they would be delivered on Wednesday again. Open the tracking and it was then set for Friday! Then Thursday again (I can't make this up, I have the proof of all) and here it will be Friday tomorrow, still no boots

Experience has been good with Shoe Dazzle. I have never had any issues and I have only had to exchange one pair of shoes due to being too small despite it being my shoe size.

Not much of a selection, and I'm not interested in clothes and accessories in the Main Bedroom shoe dazzle. They should be shoes.

Most of my shoes were not true to size. I alwaz buy size 6 for shoes. 3 of my shoes were tight even with size 6. Nd main problem is i cant even change my size coz they are final sale.Nd for sandals i go for 5.5 nd the sandals i got were too big. This all happened for the first time. Disappointed

I have submitted an inquiry to the shipping company, but so far have not teceived a response.
I expect the package was stolen...so not Shoe Dazzle. I will submit a missing package inquiry to them as well, but started with shipping co.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.

There is an option called "pay-as-you-go". There will be no access to VIP prices and perks (such as an exclusive set of styles and reward points) anymore, but there will be no monthly fee.
