Only when i asked why did i receive an email stating the last pair was sold before my order went through. Horrible customer service from a company that i now consider NOT credible.

Shipping was quick, but charging for returns based on poor fit is lousy. Shoes vary widely in how they fit. If you're going to sell shoes online you need to accept that sometimes customers will need to return them.

I did not receive any text or email when my order was shipped out, which I was told that I will be notified when my order was shipped so I could track it. I have waited and waited and got no text or email.

I ordered 3 Rivers End dress shirts, 2 XL and one Large... I got one XL shirt, (correct) and one Medium fleece hoodie (incorrect) no big deal, and one large shirt (so I thought) I had time to reorder the XL shirt, but I was getting the Large shirt out of the bag that says L for large, and the shirt is actually a Small. With no time to reorder for my wedding on Saturday.
