Ordered a 12m but they were sold out so it defaulted to 12w. The shoe fits OK but some people with narrow feet may have been upset. I think I'll be able to make them work though

I ordered the same pair of shoes through a different vender. The order went through and three days later I received a notice saying "order canceled due to product no longer being available". I did an internet search and Shoebacca was the only place that I found with the shoe and size I wanted. I had never heard of Shoebacca, but I took a chance and placed the order. They exceeded my expectations with regard to fast shipping, communication, and after sale follow-up. They are the real deal!
