I ordered Men's boots and received Women's. How do I get these exchanged?

I wanted to change the size before it was mailed out, but was told that I needed to wait and receive the package and get the return authorization and send it back. Essentially start over again, long process. I eventually kept the order with the original size ordered.

The two pair of sneakers I purchased are both too small even though they are the same size as all of my other Keds slipons. They do not do size changes so I had to return them.
