The quality of one of the 4 pair I purshased was extremely cheap and at least 2 sizes too small. Another pair of shoes that was sent was mens instead of womans. Two of the 4 pair were great. I had no problems sending the two pair back to the store and not sure if I had to pay the restocking fee.

I have gotten New Balance for several years but this pair hurts my feet. I have tried to break them in slowly but every time I wear them, my feet hurt. I am dissapointed.

I hadn't never heard of shoebacca until I placed this order and when I put in brown open toe slide this what came up and I ordered the shoe and I'm pleased with it!

Shoebacca website says item will ship in 5 to 7 days. I called on day 10 to get status and was told they had ordered the item from a different vendor in Tennessee and it would take up to two weeks for delivery. Knowing that I requested cancellation of the order. My request was refused due to "company policy". I asked to speak to a supervisor or even a Shoebacca company owner and my request was refused. Shoebacca should evaluate their communication practices.

Very nice boot, only issue is they did not have D width I ordered a double EE by mistake, so I had to send them back.

The boots had some scuffs on them. I bought them for hiking so it is a minor issue as they will surely gain more.
