The ordering process was easy; delivery was good; however, the shoes ran small and narrow. They were too small. There was no indication that you should size up because the shoe ran small.

I order a new pair of Keens for work every year and usually end up paying twice as much as I found them on Shoebacca. Then received my order a day earlier then expected! Very impressed I will continue to order through them!

I purchased a pair of shoes, returned them since their sizes run too big. It has been 30 days since UPS confirmed delivery back to the warehouse - I have NO refund. I have tried to call and email, all I get are lies. Give us another 3-5 days, they say. I paid almost $100 for my shoes and I have nothing in return. I cannot speak to a "manager" as no one will give me a name or person to speak too. Horrible company - do not buy shoes through them!
