Even though the idems came in a timely fashion. The shoe's don't fit and you didn't offer a return option.

I'm always tempted by brand site's sales, but pretty reliably, Shoebacca has a better deal. They ship pretty fast and have a good return service as well.

Received the low Keen Targhee shoes I ordered for my kiddo and he decided they fit him now (as I had suspected his old ones were too small). We have had great luck with the shoe, albeit because of it's waterproof nature their feet can get a little toasty but that happens in all shoes we've tried (included extra vented sandals). Hoping we get great use and longevity and can pass along to the younger brother as we've been able to do with the last 2 pairs.

My purchases were made as a guest and for whatever reason I never received a confirmation of my order and could not track it.
Also I never received a receipt of order. Customer service was very helpful in finding and tracking my order but could not provide me with a receipt or copy of my confirmation. I am hoping this was because purchase was made as a guest.

Shipping was fairly quick & delivery was prompt. I'm not super happy with the boots as the description says they are insulated with shearling fleece lining & they are not. The boots are very thin & certainly not well insulated. They are surprisingly comfortable though so I will keep them for warm weather hiking or daily wear. The prices are this site are about average, not really overpriced but not a great deal either.

I'm sorry to give you a 2 stars, but you failed on the delivery promise day, and those shoes were my wife birthdays gift.
