I was helped by Susy Wilson. She was so helpful and professional. She helped me return what i purchased and find what i needed.
I had an issue return an item that I had purchased a while back. I called customer service and got connected with Susy, she had a great attitude while helping me. I was frustrated at the time, but she was able to help me get the item returned and that really eased my mind. Even though the item was not for me the service provided here was excellent.
She was so helpful and understanding!

Hush puppies spaniel pump shoes, quality is very nice but size is abnormal. I bought regular size 7, it fit me like 8. I have to return it.

Ordered shoes with debit on 17th, received shoes shortly thereafter, and charged for shoes on 27th
So, I kept making charges to my account thinking that the calculation error was mine Instead I'm blindsided by Shoebacca with my purchase and overdrawn by over 100$ because of this plus fees

I was about ready to give up on Shoebacca. But, I received wonderful customer service from Carlos Rabago. He helped me correct a problem. I ended up ordering another pair of shoes and again received wonderful customer service from Carlos. He told me what he was going to do to help me and he followed through.
I must say I hate shoebacca, not only did I not receive my shoes I never got one penny back on a $72.00 transaction so unprofessional...(please do yourself a favor and don't buy anything from this site) and the only reason I'm rating this is because it's making me. Because I would give them a -100 poor, they suck, don't waste ur money
The shoes were fine but I was out of town for a week and forgot my running shoes. I ordered them on a Monday and their site specifically said "2nd Day - $12.00
2 Business Days - Monday - Friday". This is copied and pasted from their site. When I got the notice of delivery, it said Thursday. I immediately emailed them and they did nothing about it. So I paid an extra day shipping and only got to use the shoes one day. I could have just returned home and bought a pair at the mall. I emailed them mutliple times and they ignored my emails.
In business, just do what you say you are going to do and if you can't then make it right.
This company does not stand by its products or return policy. They sell defective products. Must be the Ross of online shoe companies. Buyer beware. If your product falls apart in a month they won't refund you. Wish I would've read some reviews before wasting a hundred bucks! The boots I bought my fiance are the same boots I've been buying him for YEARS! They always last over a year. And the customer service is lacking any kind of service. Total joke
I ordered the wrong running shoe size that failed to qualify for a free return shipping label, but customer service rep Amanda reviewed the order and immediately -- no questions asked -- emailed the shipping label. She also presented two options for me: order a replacement pair right away (and paying for it), or wait until the returned shoe is received and the account is credited at which time a new order may be placed using the credit. I opted for the first option. She instructed me to read the email return policy and she would answer whatever questions I had. Amanda was pleasant, helpful and efficient -- traits that I look for in customer service. Thank you.
