Although there are poor reviews of the shoebaca site my experience was Excellent! I ordered 4 days ago opted 3-7 day delivery, True Story the shoes are great to excellent quality. (Diadora sneakers) I received confirmation of purchase n tracking info almost immediately n within 24hours. Over all very satisfied with this purchase from Shoebacca. Thanks again
I ordered my shoes on the 13th of February, and they will not get here until March 5th. This is the last time I am buying from these jokers
Their 110% price match guarantee is totally false. Had 3 different people contact me with 3 different excuses. The item was sold by its actual branded website. Tho sizes were limited & they were out of my size I found them here. They gave the run around & only email contact. So they lost this sneakerhead!
Ordered a pair of boots week an a half ago. Paid for 2 day shipping. Total amount is 296 dollars. And nothing. Not even shipped yet. Keep getting generic, robotic responses designed to shut you up. Ive never delt with anything like this. They do not care at all about the customer. I have no idea what to do. If it was 40 bucks id chock it up to live and learn but i cant and wont walk away from 300 bucks. Im at a loss...
I ordered a pair of shoes from shoebacca.com I just got them in the mail shipping was fast but the shoes don't look authentic they're terrible quality asics.
I bought two pairs of shoes for 59.90 and they made the transaction to my card, they deducted me the days passed and the order appeared in canceled I thought it was canceled but it was canceled that they could not send them an email saying that what happens with the shipment and they tell me that they did not receive any money or anything but if my card does not appear, my money sent them the emails and they no longer respond, the $#*!s are being made with my money hire the bank to know what happened is the only store that I have come out with these stories in all the stores very responsible but I think these son of a $#*! will steal me that decilucion will not have tennis at Christmas... be careful
Charged me over 107.00 and never shipped. Contacted them repeatedly all I got back was a generic reply. I told them to cancel order 3 times...finally they said sorry u have not received them however we are unable to ship. Duh....you are selling products you do not have. I am still waiting for my refund as well. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere because you more than likely will not get your purchase. They didnt even deserve the one star I gave them but I had to give something to write a review. My next step is the BBB.
They lied about the shipping. 10 days and still waiting. They are not honest. If the shipping takes more than a week then say so. I feel I was mislead and they dont seem to care.
Shoebacca fraudulently advertises free delivery in 3 to 7 business days, if we are in Massachusetts how come our order was shipped with an estimated delivery time of 12 business days
Ordered a pair of PUMA sneakers and the size I stipulated wasn't correct for this style shoe. Opened the package on a Saturday and sent an email to CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Was amazed when I opened email on a Monday I had a reply with return instructions and a prepaid mailing label. Great CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thanks, ShoeBacca!
Susy Wilson fielded my call and was very professional and very friendly. It was nice to talk to a real person who was so competent. I will be doing business with Shoebaca in the future.
Amanda was great in resolving my issue. She sent me a return label and will be willing to personally make sure I receive the correct product when I reorder. I thought that was extremely nice!
I ordered a pair of Pumas and they looked like the picture and were of good quality. I only had to return them because I needed to go up a size. Trenice was very informative about the return policy and assisted me with ordering the correct size.
I called in about an order I placed for some Pumas and I was assisted by Trenice. She was very polite and professional in assisting me with my issue. Most companies don't care about the customer once they have received payment but Trenice took the time to resolve the issue and gave amazing customer service in the process. She deserves a raise for the quality of service she delivered.

I was looking for really affordable shoes and found them on the site. The shoes that I bought was white Chucks, they were much more affordable than if I was to buy them from the actual Converse store.
I have purchased from Shoebacca via Amazon and their website several times and they never disappoint. The shipping is super quick and the customer service on the off chance I have had to use it was super quick and easy! The prices are super competitive as well.
Had a small problem And spoke with the manager. He was so sweet and asked about my dad and how everything was going after I explained the shoes were for my dad in the hospital. He fixed everything for me... thanks
