A notification email stating my order was mailed would have been nice. I didn't find out my order was delivered until i had to manually enter the order details. I do not know why i have an account created which has order details from an ebay purchase but the order details of my latest purchase directly from the site were not linked to the account with my email address.

Order from Olympia sports and a week later they emailed me tell me both sneakers I ordered were out of stock. Highly frustrating when there is automatic software to keep inventory count accurate. Not sure why it took a whole week for them to notice it so I was out from my exercise for technically two weeks. Shoebacca came to the rescue with great deals and real inventory quick

Never heard of Shoebacca until another shopper savings site alerted me that I could save money. I did not have any trouble on your site.

Overall pleased with the trainers, good price, fast delivery. Have only used the trainers once so a bit early to comment on performace, very light and overall seem to be good quality ( Asics) i run 5k twice a week so we will see in a month how they are performing.
Only slight downside is that the trainer is much tighter across my foot then usual even though it is a D, I have loosened of the laces a lot and they are so light that after the initial putting on it is not to noticeable.

I need to return the shoes but shoebacca has no record of my order so therfore I cannot print a return label.

I had never heard of Shoebacca before and I was worried it would be a scam or rip off. The items I ordered came as described and quickly.

They will gladly take your payment. My order is now three weeks old still do not have my items. Emailed a week ago and asked for a refund, they claim it was too late but item has still not shipped. Never again will I purchase from these folks.
