This was my first time ordering and it all went smoothly. The shoes didn't fit so I returned them and waiting on my refund

From the moment I hit the "check-out" button to the moment my order arrived at my door I totally felt you had my back! I was kept in the shipping loop and was even notified when the delivery person was on their way to my house!

Ordered shoes, received them 1 day late, worn once to play basketball and so far so good.

Unfortunately the shoes were a bit tight. They were great gaulity but just ran small for this all leather shoe. I contacted Shoebacva and the customer service was awesome. Got me a return label in about 5 minutes. My new goto online store for shoes!

Purchase very good. I have a serious balance problem and desired a new pair of black shoes. I have always liked Cole Haan shoes and have shopped and travelled to Maine almost yearly for over 60 years. The shoes I bought will not fit my purchase purpose as I am more unstable and apt to fall when wearing them. I realize they are not returnable and am looking for a person to give them or will find a way to provide them to a local Boulder, Colorado Charity.

This is my 2nd purchase from Showbacca. I am a big fan of the ASICS brand and they always have great pricing on their products.

I usually wear a 6 in boys and women! However these shoes are tight they fit more like a 6 in women. There's no stores that I know of and the restocking fee is $7. I don't know point of returning! If I decide to take a rest and Shop with shoebacca again I will definitely size up
