1 pair of boots was great, the second pair of boots were obviously retured by someone else before they were sold to me. The sole's were dirty like someone had tried them on and walked on dirt and the dirt wasn't cleaned off before they were resold to me. I understand items get returned and resold but at least make sure they are clean and look new, when someone is purchasing a new product.
