I didn't receive a shipping confirmation and when reached out to them I didn't exactly get the quickest results. Actually they didn't follow up with a response until my shoes had been here for a week.
I received the shoes, but one of the shoe was separating from the food bed, the other one has a hard piece of something sticking out of the side that is very painful. What company would let this pass quality control, if they have one. This is an awful thing to do and I have throne the everything away so now I am stuck with them. I love Birkenstocks and I have worn them for years and will continue, but this shoebacca company is a bad place to order Birkenstocks from. I decided to order from them because they had them on sale, I didn't know that they send you the defective ones. NEVER AGAIN will I order from this place again. I'm going to contact the better business bureau too, to warn buyers of defective shoes.
