Its too much trouble to return.

S'all very good, EXCEPT: Shipping box arrived open because only a single, thin tape strip held the box top together. Another strip or two of tape would have prevented the degrading and opening of the shipping box. What prevented the loss of shipping box contents was that the single item I purchased was beneath a layer of bubble packaging.
Please improve shipping packaging next time.
