I see that others have had issues with Shiply and their customer service. I did not have to contact Shiply as the courier I used was really good and did the job very well, so I can only speak as I find based on the courier. The website is great for asking for and receiving quotes.

I've just received all my stuff delivered from Glasgow and I couldn't be happier; the service provided by Bruce and his team was flawless (remarkable quality-price value, punctual, professional, communicated with me throughout the delivery...). Second time I've used Shiply... would recommend... some initial quotes come in at ridiculous prices, but this shows how some transporters/removals companies try to charge more than necessary.
So far both couriers used have turned up at collection point on time and where appropriate kept in touch for delivery giving an eta

Managed to get my broken down vehicle back home from France via a Shiply transaction. It all went smoothly and the vehicle was delivered at the stated time by the haulier. Had to trust the Shiply reviews but the haulier was excellent and communicated well throughout. Think the Shiply fees are a bit high for their part of the delivery process but guess this is offset by cheaper delivery costs from the hauliers. Would use again.

My second time using Shiply without fault.
They offer a great service allowing you to connect with many transporters willing to collect and deliver a car over 300 miles. I posted my job a week ago and received plenty of quotes to choose from.

Great service. Delivery was exactly as communicated. My only issue is after accepting the quote there was an additional £40 charge for delivery to not be some time in the future (3 weeks from memory). Even with this charge the service was excellent and price was still value for money. I would've preferred to just pay it up front. I guess if you can wait though you would get an even cheaper service.
