I was let down by TNT as they didn't turn up 2 days in a row! Have also experienced this with many of the larger "well known" couriers. Tried this for the first time and I can't rate it highly enough. Easy website to use. Quick response from couriers. Great communication from courier I chose. Arrived on time both at collection and delivery, gave lots of notice, nothing seemed to be a problem and it cost less than TNT we're charging me anyway! And the options for payment are great including cash on collection which gave us peace of mind. I will only use this service in future.

I chose Movecorp to move my stuff from London to Denmark. Movecorp was terrible, they picked up my things, took my money, lied through the entire process just to tell me when I was already in Denmark that they were filing for bankruptcy and they could not move my stuff. They asked me to get in touch with the British Association of Removers, but they tod me that Movecorp had not filed for liquidation, then Movecorp sent my friend an email asking if she was still moving and if she required their services.
I have not found the way to get my money back, as of now, there aren't updates about them going into administration.

I was completely lost and I had lost all hope that I would get my boxes in Denmark, all companies were telling me that they could not help picking up my boxes from Movecorp, and the rates were exorbitant, also they were giving me long waits for their services.

And then, I found Shiply. Their platform is easy to use, the rates are fair, communication is open and everything is registered, the process is straightforward, the service is great, and the deliveries are professional and timely.

I wish I had known about them sooner!

Bought a sofa on e-bay. It was in Folkstone, and I am in Newcastle Upon Tyne. Worked out the cost of hiring a van and picking it up but luckily contacted Shipley and got 3 quotes within minutes, none were too far apart to cause concern. They communicated with vendor, picked it up in the afternoon of the next day (Friday) a call confirming they will arrive on Monday at 10:30 rather than the 11:00 they originally forecast. Brought it into the room I wanted, undamaged and protected, for a price that makes we worry they made no profit and was greatly less than the cost of collecting it myself!

Shiply has been great but for an issue with a courier registered on Shiply called Ship-Station owned by Easy Pick Couriers, (*******@hotmail.com), company address is located? Mossom Lane, Blackpool, Lancashire FY5 3AA

My negative experience is with a Shiply platform courier service called Ship-Station who failed to deliver all my items, failed to reply to my calls and messages, failed to respond to a Shiply email request to resolve my missing goods. I now consider my items as stolen which by law is theft and a criminal offence as they have refused to respond on any level to deliver my goods although they were fully paid for there services.

I am still waiting to hear from Shiply as this happened 3 weeks ago?

I had just bought an American Fridge Freezer on Ebay and needed it collected and delivered from about 5 miles away. Shiply was easy to use and I quickly received lots of different quotes with a wide range in pricing and delivery slots.

I narrowed my choice down to one courier company and valued the ability to communicate via the secure channel of Shiply to refine and agree a +/- 2 hour collection and delivery band acceptable to all parties BEFORE committing to go with this company.

Shiply is a great service, and the company I chose comes highly recommended.
