I needed my car transported from Melbourne to Gold Coast. Made a booking more than 1 month ago and paid deposit. Now have been waiting on the 3 dates given for pick up. Never heard back. Have been trying to ring them and also sent email but to date no response. Have not even refunded my deposit yet. Dont know what to do.
Complete idiots.
Worst thing ever...

This was my first time using shiply. Very efficient, liked everything about it. From now on anything I have to shift would be done with shiply.

The process to invite quotes for a delivery was very easy and I had 2 quotes within 10 minutes. The driver/ company I choose was very courteous, replied very quickly to emails and kept me up to date with pick up and delivery times.

This is a very good service, really easy to use and helpful staff if you need help would definitely use this service again

Shiply meets a real need, and manages what it offers with professionalism, clear communication and support. My only niggle is having to wait a Sunday to get a response when the company I chose let me down. But otherwise excellent.

Was happy with delivery from the company I chose good communication would highly reccomend them would use them again I was surprised how they managed to communicate with the seller when I had a bit of difficulty doing so also the quick pick up and drop off

The service makes it easy to set up transportation. Yes, the way the system is set up means you tend to get a lot of communications and wading your way through can be time consuming. Once you know the way the system works you know what to look for and pick a service that best meets your needs. Both times we have used the service pick up and delivery has been as expected.

Had loads of quote to compare but transport provider 'Simply_The_Best' was just as it says on the tin! Emailed to let me know time slots and called nearer the time to confirm. Price was very god too. Will defo recommend to everyone. Thanks.

I have used Shipley a couple of times now, once to move household goods and another to transport a car and both were great experiences.

Perfect service with my courier. Great communication... cant fault him, easy payment and he updated me wiv everything.

Transport 1980 was very efficient. He kept in touch by email and collected the goods when asked, and delivered them in good condition.
