I want to thank Mariana, April and the warehouse crew at Shipito for going beyond the usual service in a recent special request. I recently needed to have some documents mailed to an address in the US. I am in a nationwide quarantine in Colombia due to the corona virus and unable to have my documents mailed out from here. I requested that they receive them electronically and send them on from their office in California. Their willingness to improvise on a request that was basically the reverse of the service they normally perform shows the superior level of customer support they give to their customers. The communication through telephone and support ticket made it easy to insure that the transaction went smoothly. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a package forwarding service.
Shipito customer service is useless for me. A package that was supposed to be delivery for Christmas (it was a Christmas gift is still missing.
They returned the package because a tiny detail was missing, without contacting me to clarify the missing piece of information. Now Tje parcel is lost or nobody has really made the effort to find it.
I will never use this company again, and in my opinion, nobody should use it if you value your items. In my opinion, Shipito is just marketing, but not a trustable company. Avoid it.

Sudden change without informing customers...
Im Shipito customer since 2010 and i ship health supplement with DHL & FedEx. My package was ready for mail out since last Friday and today mail out was cancelled and the reason is DHL does not ship health supplement.
For almost 10 years i have been shipping same products.
My question is why the sudden change and without informing your customers that from this date your are not able to ship so and so...
I don't think also DHL will change its regulation without giving its customer time to adjust.
It has happened in the past and customer service told me it was a mistake because the staff who was handling mail out did not know.
I checked with other forwarders and they told i can ship health supplements i also ordered some items from iherb and the shipping is with DHL.
I contacted customer support and they told me it takes 24 hours to look into my case.
If there is a change in company policy they should inform us and if they receive change in policy from courier company they need to inform us and not leave us face the situation.
Last week i shipped same items with DHL from Shipito.
This is unprofessional from Shipito and should make customers worried.
I I choose the economy shipments (Air Mail or USPS) and it works well! Juste have to be patient. If there questions, there always someone to help you (I use chat). Tried purchase help or special service: very satisfied. Thank you Shipito!
I used them to try an order a jumper from the US using the assisted purchase service. The FAQ says it can take up to 5 days for an order to be processed, so that's fair enough. I paid in full the deposit for the price of the jumper for the assisted purchase and I ended up waiting a whole month, and at the end of the day they couldn't do it. It takes them usually nine business days (2 weeks) to go onto the website and have a look, and by that time everything's out of stock. This one time, i lucked out and ever after waiting 2 weeks, it was still in stock, so they asked me to increase the deposit to account for california sales tax... only there wasn't any way for me to do that on the website, and the system wouldn't let me. I opened a support ticket to tell them that and they just told me the item was out of stock again. Terrible. Now I am getting a refund, but that means I am down $5 with nothing to show for it. Definitely do not recommend.
Ok so before using Shipito I used their online calculator to work out approximately how much it would cost to ship some parts from US to Australia. I received an estimate of around $350 US so I signed up. I asked for my items to be consolidated into one package (this is an option) only to be told afterwards it was too big for any of their carriers (DHL, Fedex etc.) to ship. They then charged me $150 US to 'un-consolidate' the package and I was forced to post the items individually. It cost me around $600 US in postage. On top of this they lost one of my items and blamed the supplier even after my supplier provided tracking numbers and dates when the items were posted. To add insult to injury I had one last package to send to Australia and they sent it to the wrong address instead. So in a nutshell don't use these guys because they are hopeless!
Very practical and functional. For those who live outside the USA, it is very safe and fast.

É a segunda vez que eu utilizo o serviço da Shipito, a primeira vez foi há 5 anos e novamente pude concluir que o serviço é excelente. Entregue em 21 dias no Brasil, sem taxas, e embalagem intacta. Vou utilizar com mais frequência, agora com consolidações.

Shipito stole my smart watch and replaced it with a Santa figurine box, so that I can not recognize it from the photos they sent me (i. E. deceive me that it is the smart watch box in the Christmas wrapping). I only realized the situation when the goods were delivered. By that time, they refused all responsibility. I thank them for this expensive Christmas lesson and moving on. I hope no one will ever be cheated by this company like I was, so I am leaving this review everywhere possible to raise the awareness.
Edit: 30/1/2020 After my original review, shipito rep contacted me, reviewed the case, and said that it could be that Amazon sent a wrong item. I made a claim with Amazon and was immediately refunded under "damaged item". However, I am not sure if Amazon sent a wrong item or they just do a refund automatically (historically when I claimed they just refunded me, so 5* for Amazon). Overall, I wish the shipito's person who originally handled my claim did a better job at explaining things, so that I did not have to post negative feedbacks. I am upgrading my review score from bad (1) to neutral (3) to reflect this development.
It's kind of my fault I didn't check the review carefully and fall for 5 stars review...
On the 10th of January I ordered my first package from a well known company in US and got it sent to shipito Hawthorne warehouse. I advise shipito my package is on the way and will be there in 3-5 business days. They respond to my email and asked for proof of purchase and identification. I submitted to them straight away with my passport, proof of purchase and a bill which have my name on it. After the package arrived at the warehouse, usps have sent me a notification said they delivered. I follow the website instruction and waited 24 hours for package to enter into the system and nothing seem to be appear. I contacted Nikki from support team and she advised me to wait 48 hours for package to show up in system. I waited another 48 hours and still nothing. I contacted the company again and speak to Jared he put in a request for missing parcel and get the warehouse to have a look. He asked me to contact them in 24 hours if I didn't receive any email. After 24 hours I reported to shipito I haven't receive any email. Another support agent advise me to put in a support ticket for parcel lost in warehouse. The next following day my ticket got respond from Joanne and announce my parcel is completely lost and can't be retrieved, she have sent my claim to claim department for reimbursement.
Today I speak to Jared again and he said reimbursement of $200 will go into my account and can be use for next shipping, if I want money my back then I have to give them my card detail and submit a form for refund, however Jared stated clear he don't know if it
Possible for me to get a refund it's all up to shipito claim department and they're very strict in handling refund.
This is my first time using Shipito.com and I don't expect it to happen. No parcel, lost $200 and have to wait and wait. I've also contacted PayPal and the seller, sadly they can't do anything because I asked for the parcel to delivered to shipito.

Due to the nature of the business, not many people will have over-the-counter interaction with your company. We have twice now (4 years apart) when traveling to the US, used it to collect goods directly and the service has been brilliant. So, a service many only know as a website, actually has a great, friendly real-life presence as well. Thank you very much, Sven

Overall, it's a great experience but there's always 1 or 2 items where shipito forgot to remove the price tags from. I paid extra for removing the price tag but seems like it's still a problem.
