My package came across the globe and arrived in 10 days. This is exceptional in this day and age of covid and being close to Christmas. All the edges of the package were taped over not just the flaps at the top. Then inside the package it was clear that everything was placed with care and wrapped with bubble wrap. I was very happy with their service.
They regularly blindside you with extra fees after package consolidations, and you'll end up paying way more than what was agreed upon. There is a promise that after consolidating they'll let you know if the cost is over 10%, but they'll decide they needed a few extra hours and forced me to pay much more, for a few medium boxes and simple items. One one shipment they could end up charging you 3-4 forms of service fees ranging from 12$-$100s.
I started using shipito after brexit in the u. K and all the issues it caused.
I was nervous about using a shipping company but i can honestly say that so far shipito have been excellent, i can't fault the service in any way.
They are simply brilliant
My 2 packages were lost, one in newyork one in cairo, for more than TWO months. I had to re-order my items so ended up paying twice and wasting my time for more than 2 months not receiving any proper feedback from them. Eventually my items arrived after 3 months of delay and costing me DOUBLE.
They did not compensate me a penny, the worst online service ever!
Shipito lost 5 of my packages. Back in July. We asked for a refund, submitted receipts online --as they do NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER for customers to call and speak to... according to their website and to an email we received in July 2021, shipto stated they assigned our claim to an agent and that this alleged agent would reach out to us in a few days. NEVER HAPPENED! 3.5 months later -- nothing --no refund, not info. Nothing. BIG SCAM! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... we lost a lot and ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Its the best forwarding service, clear... I am impressed with the customer service they solved my query within 1 working day.
Swift response. The very day I paid for my shipment, it was processed and shipped. With the excellent tracking I was able to track by the hour the progress of my package. I have received my package and it's intact. I love the 10% discount as a first timer too. Thanks.
Although their terms and conditions specify that it takes them up to two working days for a shipment to be received in their system, after more than four days (of which one is a Saturday), my USPS tracked shipment still was not detected by their system. When contacting their customer support, I was only asked to wait patiently. No apologies. I still hope this is fraud, and even it is not, then their customer treatment is very far from good.
I received a package via UPS. Shipito would not mail it out to me unless I get a USPS (nothing to do with UPS) form 1583 notarized and sent to them. The customer service representative, Erisa, gave me the link to an online service to notarize the form, saying that if I use the service with the link she gave me. I would not have to mail to form, the service would send it to them directly. This costed more than $100, but I did it. Now, Shipito is refusing this notarized form by the site THEY told me to use, and are asking me to get the form notarized via a different link than what the customer representative initially sent me.
I am trapped, have to pay hundreds of dollars to get my package mailed to me, and powerless unless I give up on my package, which I absolutely refuse to do. This is a total rip off, I am beyond furious. Do NOT use their service, you will only pay insane mailing charges, and sometimes be stuck having to pay ridiculous amounts of money for a notarized form that should not be required.
Hey no %50 dls Insurance on your $35 Dolar pacakage., consider it GONE! I spent more on their fees than the actual price tag of the product... they have proof of recieving but no proof of sending, and their excuse, well it must be your local delivery... total BS!
Shipito lost my Amazon delivery and told me, since it's insured, I'll get a refund. This was almost 2 months ago. After a couple of weeks I started asking where the refund is (we are talking about 70 dollars, the worth of the items was more then USD120, but they said I filled the customs paper wrong-ok). EVERY TIME I GET THE SAME ANSWER: "We are experiencing delays with payments, I will forward your inquiry". This is just ridicolous.
I checked again today, and the money is still not on my account!

If you shop in USA and you need an USA address, because some shops do not ship overseas,

But fake complaints are not all bad, because we can learn and understand, why the
Myusheeps, sheepville etc. service are much more expensive — they have to pay their
Liars, spammers etc.
When You shop, use Your Head, read carefully — Do not let anyone fool you.

Once again, if you are shopping in USA and need to ship overseas, Shipito is in fact

Never! Use this company again. I have ordered 3 packages from the same seller. All 3 of them are deliverred to shipito (FedEx tracking log), but only 2 are in their warehouse. The most expensive one not. Now shipito rejects the refund with the reason "Hello Lutz, The previous deliveries are not indicative of this delivery having been done successfully, unfortunately. This package has not been delivered to our warehouse. As you have seen with our previous work with your two other items, we have absolutely no reason to deny that a package has arrived at our warehouse. But, unfortunately, this has been the case with your third package, and we are not able to refund an item we did not receive. Regards, Elijah" Only stress with this company. It is now more than 2 months... and only "bla bla bla" from shipito. The user service is worst. And today they decide final: We dont pay any refund, cause the package was not deliverred. Who is lying... FedEx with their Tracking log or Shipito. Thank you for nothing!
If you live in a country like New Zealand and order goods from the USA, you are at a disadvantage when it comes to shipping.
However, Shipito enables me to have goods shipped to their location in CA and these goods( sometimes multiple packages can be combined and they will organise the freight options and also import duties if the goods are under a certain size and weight. They are extremely efficient and this efficiency is mainly due to their A1 level if communication. I bery highly recommend them to anyone wanting to take the hassle out of shipping.

Much to my disbelief, Shipitto managed to completely destroy a shipment of commercial/industrial greenhouse supplies, with absolutely terrible customer service and insane high fees
Definitely do not use this company or this service
If you pay this company for delivery insurance. Trust me. You will be doing all the work to make sure your money is refunded to you. I sent them pictures of the damaged box and product. One and a half months ago. Told to take my damaged package to my post office for them to look at it. They tell they do not do that. Asked for shipito help. We cannot do anything. Until I pissed off. They kick me off social media and some of my comments on there service tickets. We're is the customer service in this. I even told them I had a bad back. This still did not matter. I would not use this company for the love or money. You take your pick. It will be a long time before anything is seen or done by this company. If you don't believe me. Read some of the other comments.
I worked with shipito from 2013. They had in US 3 warehouse in three different states.
I remember same day package arrived, consolidate, shipping. Was excellent customer service and from benefits which I got I paid only shipping cost because I worked a lot with them.
Now in 2021 I am very disappointed from this company. They have very bad customer service with bad communication with the warehouse.
Also very high charges for any request and sometimes you must make it twice.
I look for other warehouse in USA.
I'm a new customer of Shipito since beginning of June-2021. One package made it so far into my suite but another package got lost even if Tracking ID show's it got delivered. I contacted their support and opened support tickets but since they confirmed that the package is lost nothing else happened. They're just always telling it's with their claim department but this seems to be their black hole.

I'll just copy my review from another website here, I take it as my duty to rate their website low now. Have you seen a customer support taunt their customer? Sadly my screenshot is smaller than 300x300 and can't be uploaded here.
Terrible service. Customer support who lied to their customer saying it can be cancelled when the item was in their warehouse only to pull the rug out from under and said the item had already been shipped 3 hours later. Chose the Express Shipping option only to have them hold my package for whatever reason until 5 days later. They charged me $5 for that too. When confronted, rude customer support "Martin" wasted 30min to come up with no resolution and proceeds to passive aggressively try to taunt the customer.
Terrible handling of goods, did not even check before pushing the packages out.
This is the worst support i have experienced. I wouldn't give even 1 star. Terribly bad experience with him. I have never experienced such ignorance. Lost the package and which was insured and after x months do not even depreciate
