Great service til this Summer... Now a freaking disaster. Nothing is working there...
The complaints raised are 100% true. They stole my goods and not entered parcels into my account. I ve been a loyal customer, not any more.
As others have said, this used to be a great company with good customer service. Someone else bought it and now customer service is non existent. They lost 4 of my packages in 4 weeks and don't seem to care. I no longer trust them and will stop using them,
I have been a customer for 4 years and was happy with them until recently.
I have two packages that arrived at Tualatin warehouse two weeks ago according to tracking, but they are not entered in my mailbox. I filed lost packages claim, first they said the packages have not been delivered to them. After I provided proof of delivery that showed they signed for it, they said they have received them and will be entered shortly in my mailbox. That was 6 days ago and still no packages have been entered. These were Christmas gifts and there is no way they will make it on time for Christmas. I have been on chat support and sending emails and still no service. I don't think i will ever get my packages. I do not recommend this company to anyone. After this I will never use their services again.
Shipito was bought by another company and now the place is run by receptionists with no authority to solve problems, and they've increased from 1-2 per year to 1-2 per month.
Before you could talk with Jason (customer service manager), Ryan (warehouse manager) or even John (CEO and owner). Mistakes happen but they're solved quickly with no dramas.
Now late 2016 we have 1-2 problems per month, they take weeks to solve, emails are ignored and they all redirect to the same mailbox, calls are ignored and the only people you can talk to are receptionists (Nancy, Nicole, Katrina, Mariana) with no authority to resolve anything. They just take messages and apologize. They aren't even allowed to return calls because their bosses didn't give them permission to do outbound calls (just try asking any of them to call you back if you don't believe me).
Shipito is not a real professional company anymore and I wouldn't recommend or continue to rely on them for your shipments.
Had a DPD parcel (their preferred method, apparently) sent to me on November 1st. There were multiple issues even doing this. I had two parcels going to different addresses and they sent this one out to the wrong address so brought it back and resent the other one, which arrived fine. Then this one was sent out again and returned due to having liquid items in, which I asked them to removed them all. They apparently did, but I found out they only removed one.
Took weeks to even move, arrived at the Bonded warehouse on November 14th and hasn't moved as of writing this. I contacted them and on November 19th they said they would contact the carrier and get back to me. I heard nothing. Given the runaround, "you need to pay customs" even though I've received no notification of such, so how can I pay them, and told to give it more time, they will contact, rest assured it's not lost. Then "you need to contact the courier", I'd already done this, and it wasn't in their system, again more excuses to delay.
I hadn't purchase insurance, and that was on me, but Shipito made no effort themselves to contact the courier, continued to give me excuses until they basically said "You haven't got insurance so we're not going to help". I didn't know you had to buy insurance to even get them to help locate a missing parcel, as I wanted the items, not money. But honestly I doubt they'd have paid even if I did buy insurance. I was getting 10 different stories from about 3 different support members. They have no clue what they're doing, and you don't want to trust these charlatans with expensive packages.
I believe my parcel was destroyed by the carrier because it had liquid items in it, and Shipito didn't want to admit this so they didn't want to investigate and tell me that was the reason it's gone, because they know the fault lies with them. Basically everything is your fault because Shipito are perfect and never make mistakes. I've never seen a company be so quick to blame the customer at every turn.
What's the point in paying for fees and upgrades if they don't value customers?
Oh and they make fake reviews on Trust Pilot to boost their score. Don't be fooled by all these positive reviews, many of them are fake.
I have been a customer of this company for years but the service and prices have drastically deteriorated. They never deal with complaints and don't even respond. I paid them to purchase a special order. They took the money but when I asked where the goods were after a few weeks, they said I didn't have enough money to buy the goods and asked me to deposit more money in. I was just about to deposit another lot of money in my account when the items finally arrived. Why didn't they have the information that these items had been purchased in the first place? They are slow to respond and send items or deal with requests. The company is absolutely hopeless. WE PAY YOUR WAGES! I'd look around for a more efficient company that actually gives a sh*t about their customers. These people do not. Massive rip off merchants. AVOID unless you want a very expensive headach!
I don't usually write reviews but felt I should share my experience with Shipito. I had a package delivered to them. When it came to shipping it to me they charged and shipped damaged tableware to me. They only provided photos after the shipment was sent so I could not flag it. I was charged not only for shipment but opted for insurance and extra packaging for goods that were clearly smashed and damaged. When I contacted their chat team they said they noted the claim and a supervisor would contact me within 24 hours. 48 hours later no word. I contacted them again to be told the same thing and was met with a rude and indifferent representative. I got the same line about supervisors but because it was Friday that it would probably be next week before I heard from them. Nothing on Monday so contacted again. I was told by another representative that I had to fill in a form and I had to contact a supervisor. I've still have not received any help or support from them. They claim that they received the goods in poor condition despite having first told me they were received in good order. I will in no way shape or form return to them for business. I've wasted over $100 and countless hours trying to seek support from them. Avoid this company at all cost and use another shipping company.
It's a useful service if you want to buy things from the USA that the sellers don't ship internationally, but it's slow, the package tracking doesn't work properly leaving you with no idea where your package is for weeks at a time and woe betide anybody that has to talk to their customer support. They are morons who can't understand the simplest of things. Their mobile app is just about the worst I've seen in years as well it's basically a wrapper around their website that doesn't work properly.
I'm now trying out the alternatives. Use them as a last resort.
Waited months for package. No customer service. Finally they threw my package away no explanation. Crooks have stolen my stuff.
Charge you a lot of fees. Charge you expensive shipping fees. Takes them 1 month to buy your products. Forget it we cannot even call that a company. Just a group of crooks sucking money from people desesperate to buy products from USA.

Shipito will not take responsibility for the damage their negligence caused to my items.
Everything was going fine until they put my account on hold for ID verification. They didn't say anything about this before. Now they are declining all my ID documents and claiming that they're fake. I will definitely call tomorrow until I get my money or package. I deposited $15 extra dollars just for their expensive postage (doesn't make sense for a 0.15oz envelope!)
Don't deal with them.
Delivery takes way longer than it should. Tracking information doesnt update for over 10 days because packages travel in bulk across the ocean.
Unreliable - if you do not buy expensive insurance, your package almost certainly will get lost. Tracking leads to Liberia, even I live in Germany. Mistake from Shipito? Not if you believe what the service chat and it's textbook phrases answers you.
Expensive - Paying 9 USD for a letter that costs 1 USD by USPS is stealing.
Bad service - textbook answers, no real help no customerservice!
I have spent over 2000. 00 shipping with them over the past year. Until September of 2016, they were responsive, quick and reliable. Sadly, I have given them "one more try" 4 times too many in the past month. They "chat" but make textbook responses and now take days just to get a package out to me. Now they promote a "preferred" shipper which is the WORST! Spend more and go elsewhere and get your packages overseas in 2 days. This company has obviously cut back in staff and quality of service. I will find another.
I heard about Shipito and that was the first time that I use the service. I had to ship 2 packages to Russia, I bought it and sent to Shipito. They sent the first package but the second they lost! I was only informed that they lost the package 20 days after chating with them every single day! I order the refund of my amount and the total in my balance was 721.00 dollars and they are refunding me in only 685.00 because there are some refund fees? USD 36.00 fees? Man thats the best way to own some money! Even the bank costs are not that much!
If I can give 0 Stars thats what I give to them! Never recommend to no one! Terrible service, terrible customer service!
These guys are doing their job! It has been more than a year, received 10 packages, all the process went smooth without any single problem. I'm happy with Shipito.com, they are the BEST in this game. Thank you so much!

Shipito was a good service, but in the last 6 months, Shipito service is getting worst each day. I have a surprise on almost every shipment...
LAST ISSUE: In my last package, I was sending LiPo batteries to Brazil, because in Shipito website they show that can't send LITHIUM-ION batteries, not LiPo. I tried to solve the problem and they simply said that the info is not in the website but they are saying that don't send any battery to Brazil. If I knew the correct info before buy the batteries, I would never buy it, of course! So, I had to send to another address in USA to try to send from another shipment service.
ANOTHER ISSUE: some time ago, I choose to remove some Playmobil toys from the original box and consolidate in the new box only the product, without package, and I payed for that. For my surprise, it arrived in Brazil all in the original package. So, I payed more for shipment and for import duties, and Shipito says what? Nothing... thats your problem!
CONCLUSON: if they made a mistake with you, don't wait for at least an excuse! They are never wrong, and they probably will never give your money back...
OK, I would like the customers to judge the attitude of company toward its client. Basically, $75 worth value of my shipping item to Shipto went abruptly missing. They would just say they have no idea what has happened but somewhere it's "misplaced". I asked for the refund of $75. I provided them with both receipt and bank statement with which I have paid for $75. SHIPTO responded by giving only $10! And they say this is how much you declared the value of item for costumes! SO here you are to judge, I declared the costume value of item to the government and the carrier as $10. This company is not in the business of responding to customers' concern and making a legit business. ALL I get as the response over and over is 10 is declared Costume value and so the refund. COSTUME VALUE IS USED BY COSTUMES, it's the amount I declared to THEM not to SHIPTO. Shipto never asked me about the value of my property and the costume value is not the value of stuff. Costume value is how much I'm giving value at the risk damage to my property by carrier and government officials examining my property. The intrinsic value of my property is at shipto facility or on the planet Mars, it's the same.
I'm pleading anyone to step in and voice the concern over the fraud of this company. OR MAYB
