All ok, no problem. In General, good. As always I would like more cheaper, than being "today". The only drawback is that forgot to fill a blank space in the box...
I have used this service since 2013 and while it started fine it has steadily declined to the point where I just cancelled my subscription. Customer service tickets are not answered. Every action is a new charge, and it all adds up when you pay twice for things. I'm guessing they get a cut of every freight charge because the boxes are always bigger than they need to be - at my expense.
Look for a better alternative.
Ordered stock from 3 different supplier, 5 different packages, I was emailed upon each delivery and a photo of each package was sent to me. I chose to consolidate and have Shipito repackage into one box which saved heaps in shipping. Once paid for the stock arrived in 3 or 4 days to Australia. Great service and simple web based processing.
Always delivered fast, occasionally only they tend, to be inflexible --- but follow rules.
Never had any real big issues and even there normal service is fast

I'm using this service for more than 5 years now and have only positive experience. Sometimes exterior pictures of the parcels ar not clear, but you can ask Shipito to retake it for free.
From every step of the process of forwarding my mail or any special requests are professionally done quickly with very verbose in the details.
I've never tried any other mail proxy service, and I honnestly don't really see a reason why I should.
After a problem with a package, they took some time to solve the problem. Now its all good. Thank you so much.
