Shipito.com are scamming buggers! Charged me twice for shipping before finally telling me they dont actually ship my product. Then subsequently go very quiet when I request a refund. Taking weeks to respond, support requests just get closed with requests to create another one. Easy targets if your customers are overseas of course...
Shipito become SCAM! Have ordered an iPhone and a case. Send it full insured by DHL. Was returned to Shipito warehouse. The item in shipito warehouse in status "in progress" more than a week. Every day I am chatting with their support, and all they do is telling me that they will provide me with a solution "tomorrow". The tiket is open for more than a week. The items is in Shipito possession. The reimbursement for shipping services is on hold. So $449 iPhone 6s Plus, $9 case, and $123 Shipito services is my direct loss.
Good news: I may claim from my bank those $123 (this cost me $20). Also I should fill a claim at Bureau of Consumer Protection at Federal Trade Commission (I cannot post a link, but their site is first in google search). This will not refund me for my iPhone, but hopefully will create some troubles to shipito. And all this is quite easy as could be made online.

Update at day 15:
An update to the situation created by Shipito. As I said before, I pretend to return my money for delivery. And I did returned money for delivery. The tickets are still opened, and a resolution is not provided. The items of $459 are still at Shipito warehouse (at least, they pretend they are at their warehouse). At the 3rd week from items return, Shipito does not allow me to process my items. I cannot send them, I cannot return them to the seller, also because of Shipito I was missing 14 days for return term from Apple. I am chatting every day with them, an agent opened a new ticket for me... What for? They are not responding on tickets and emails.
As an agent said, they will keep my goods, until they will not receive reimbursement from DHL for the shipping.
So nothing is impossible in this world. I thought in USA nobody will try to play with that online steal and fraud in 2017. Shipito does. Keep updating, to see what happens next...

A package of mine returned to the warehouse. It took them a week to mark it as returned after they had received it, and then, I am still waiting until I can do something with the package. It is being held "hostage" almost.
Shipito has received my package Saturday 09/30/2017 ( USPS tracking) but it has not entered into my account. After talk to many agents and open support tickets I've got an unbelievable answer saying to blame and contact USPS not them. My package has been stolen or lost inside their own warehouse. The support agents are useless and are not willing to help. They just don't care about customers.
Edit: After they lied and blame usps I said I would make a negative review on youtube and my package was magicaly found. Agent Scott refused to open claim for a refund before that. Terrible customer support.

Contrary to what I read here, service is not that bad. I am not using service for a long, and maybe that's the reason. It might improved in a recent years, idlk. But it solves a real problem, and it works. Even their slowest shipping method(Air Mail economy) worked really well for me. Package arrived intact within ~15 days(and I initially expected it would take like 2 months). You mileage may vary depending on where you live, considering there could be real customs and local post delays.
UI could be a bit confusing for technically inexperienced users, and maybe that's why a lot of people are complaining. Or some of the users do not understand how this service really works.
Sometimes it takes some time after package is delivered for real to their whorehouse, until you can see package on their website. They could speed up a bit this processing, and this is my only complain so far. I just hope my experience stays positive in the future too, fingers crossed there would be no misplaced or lost packages for me.

Shipito has the worst customer support you will ever experience. One month to reply to a support ticket, if they actually do reply. Service used to be good but it is a complete disgrace now. For being the most expensive freight forwarding company on the market you would expect a least a half decent service, but you won´t even get that. I did not receive my package. There was no attempt to deliver by the mail company. I went to the local post office branch and there was no record of my package ever being sent there. Now the package has been returned to Shipito and is seating there without any response from their customer support.

I wanted to take a moment to say how impressed I am with your service. I first tried your service 6 years ago - and last, about a week ago. I was impressed at how quickly my merchandise was booked into my suite (±18 hours) - and how swiftly it was shipped out (couple hours after I submitted). It was remarkable, given the amount of shipments you have to deal with, judging from the size of your warehouse, on photos I have seen online.
My shipment arrived in South Africa 4 days after it hit your warehouse - awesome work!

A package may get lost somewhere on the way but can you imagine it may get lost in the warehouse? Yes, with Shipito, you may loose your purchase right in the Shipito warehouse. You fill the declaration, you pay them the shipping fee, you confirm the shipment and after two days Shipito tells you your package was not shipped to you but it was lost in the warehouse(!). Obviously, I strongly do not recommend anyone to use services of this company. With Shipito, you loose time, money and your purchases.

DO NOT TRUST THIS FORWARDER, I LOST A PACKAGE WITH THEM, ALL MY 9 CONSOLIDATED BOXES WORTH $5000, weighing 75kgs. I dont know why that BIG package was lost. They will not entertain TICKETS you submitted. Blocked me with their CHAT. Cannot call them too! WORSE EVER! IVE BEEN MESSAGING THEM FOR 10 CONSECUTIVE DAYS! NO REAL ANSWERS AS TO WHERE IS MY PACKAGE!

Used them for several years now, very reliable apart from a single occasion before xmas last. That involved losing track of a package in the xmas rush, I think they discovered they needed an extra warehouse which they now have. They also found my package after a phone request, which was pleasing. Otherwise they have been great and I use them to consolidate packages every few weeks, very happy with the service.
I did some shopping and all were happy, I am very satisfied.
All were received and directed to me without problems, I indigo to all who plan to use it. Thank you shipito!

Maybe i will be able to ship the package tomorrow. This mean 3-4 days processing time.
In CA warehouse its better service and faster, within 2 days the package is processed & shipped.
Tualatin has been the same since last year.

Please trust me, and not the 5* reviews. When its going good its not too bad. I have been dealing with this company for a number of years with not too much hassle, never fantastic but acceptable. They tend to lock you in by making the registration process rather long. Then suddenly they make a mistake on a package and will not respond to support tickets or emails to management. Its like they have so many problems that they cannot deal with all the complaints. It seems they have staff issues and theft issues. And you feel at their mercy because they holding your valuable package. PLEASE Trust me stay away and look for another company to offer the same service, their flashy website is a front to shoddy expensive service.

Excellent company very professional and handled my package perfectly. They got it to me very quickly as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
I have used Shipito for a few years now and they have never let me down, overcharged or ignored my requests or queries. I used other US freight forwarding services in the past but now exclusively Shipito because the are always better value and have the best freight options. Also the staff in the warehouse do an amazing job consolidating efficiently and saving freight. Its a good feeling when I open a box with 10 different shipments consolidated and its repacked with amazing Tetris skills much better than I could have myself, everything is undamaged and I saved hundreds on freighting items individually. The great thing is this is their 'normal' service and they seem to have systems in place to keep it happening.

Waiting for a ticket response for over 3 months, have asked for an update many times on ticket #******* now regarding an insurance claim because the packaging at shipito went totally wrong and I the shipper can't really be the one to blame here, but shipito is, but don't know since I don't get any response...
