Do NOT order from this company. I ordered a swimsuit and the one that came looked totally different than the picture on their website. It was a much different color and the cut was different. They must have taken the picture from another website because I've seen the suit on multiple sites. Some of the stitching had come undone as well. When I tried to get them to help, they simply told me to "go to a tailor shop." I wanted to return it and found out the shipping cost more than DOUBLE what I paid in the first place. They wouldn't even give me a partial refund. The customer service was terrible and the swimsuit material was cheap. Will definitely not be ordering from them again.

Although their website states that they are responsible for returns that are poor quality or not as described from the website, they will give you generic responses assuring you that everything is fine and will not want to accept the return. After several emails back and forth, I finally got them to accept the return but have struggled to get back my money after the products were returned. They keep stating that they havent received the return even tho the tracking number says its delivered and their website says 3 days for the return after delivery.

My return was delivered on 30 JAN and today is 28 APR and I have yet to see my refund and had to contact my credit card company. Below is a timeline of my interaction with this company.

28 DEC Received order
29 DEC Emailed requesting a partial refund and provided an explanation on what was wrong with each product and provided photos comparing the items to the website.
15 JAN After several emails, finally approved for a refund.
30 JAN Tracking shows the return package was delivered.
15 FEB Requested update on refund.
20 FEB Requested another update on refund.
03 MAR Requested another update on refund.
19 MAR Requested an escalation to a manager which apparently is not an option because it was never acknowledged

I ordered 4 dresses. One in grey - the top was actually black and white not grey and had stains on the front of the bodice, the two blues came with bright blue stripes on the top and navy floral skirt that look awful, and the green - though the closest color match was still awful. None of them were close to what was pictured. When I contacted the company about returning them they finally agreed, but I have to pay shipping to return them - $71.25 to return to China. That's almost the cost of the dresses. I have never worked with a company that made me pay to return faulty merchandise. Please save yourself the headache and your money. Do not order from this company!

Tacky, cheap, imitations of the clothes depicted on the website. Ordered two dresses size "Small", one was too big and the other too small. They were both made from a different fabric shown in the pictures and the print on one of the dresses was also different. It's like they post photos from other designers or websites and then create cheap knockoffs. I've sent the dresses back and am now waiting for a refund. Will not order from them again, what a waste of time and money (especially since I had to pay for the return mail!)

I received a defective item. The stitching was not complete and there was access elastic sticking out of the bathing suit I purchased. I did not want to keep the suit so I contacted SheInLove to return it. They acknowledged that the sewing was defective and their fault.

The company has a policy stating they are responsible for:

" We responsible for all following defective item within 30 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, poor quality materials, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received."

Please be aware that you have to pay for the item to be shipped back and since it is overseas, the cost for shipping is more than the item itself. For standard post office shipping to their address I was going to be charged $27 to return, a medium size one piece bathing suit.

The company offered me a refund in discount coupons. Like I would buy anything from them again. I have no doubt that if I sent the item back at my cost the company would fix the defect and resell the unused item.

Stay away from SheInLove.

I ordered $145 worth of dresses, shirts, and suits from their site (was an Instagram advertisement) and after several weeks of waiting for the shipment, I received cheap ill-fitting polyester costume-like clothing with unfinished hems, crooked seams, and strings hanging off all over the place. Not a single piece looked like what was advertised and shipping back to China was going to cost me another $100-$300 to complete the "return"! False advertising and nothing I can do! The reviews they post are all fake - you can tell once you read a few of them. Wish I would have known! Shame on Instagram and PayPal for supporting companies like these. Now I don't trust any of those advertisements. SCAMS!

I would not recommend ordering from Sheinlove! I wish I had read these reviews before making an order. I read the reviews of each item but having received the items, I don't believe these are real reviews. Material used is cheap and the workmanship is terrible. Items do not fall as in the pictures.
Very disappointed.
I have only just sent a request to have 2 faulty items with holes refunded and a refund for a missing item. Hopefully this works out, but after having read the other reviews, I'm not holding my breath :(

Do not order from this company. Their items do not match the photos. I cant believe the reviews on their website are legitimate after seeing the clothes in person. If you want to return for a refund, they will tell you to ship items to China and make you pay shipping which is basically amounting to no refund after paying shipping to China. Contact PayPal with a complaint so they will no longer benefit from PayPal, which is a reputable company that processes their payment and will try to help with disputes. They will also keep track of the complaints for SheinLove.

I purchased two swimsuits and a dress from this Chinese company, after having decided that the reviews were mostly good and true. Some three weeks later I received ONE swimsuit, and did not understand why they don't just send all the items together. So I emailed them and was told the rest of my orders has now shipped. I checked the shipping date, the same day I sent the email. So are they hoping that I might forget that I ordered two swimsuits and a dress, after three weeks? Hmmmm, highly questioning their motive right there. Then the one piece swimsuit won't fit, even though I followed everyone's suggestions in their reviews and ordered a size up, normally a swimsuit is pretty flexible, but this one won't even stretch much. The swimsuit was made of a very cheap material, the colors looked all washed out already, and the good reviews are severely inflated. So far I haven't gotten my other items yet, but I'm not putting any hopes there at all. Long story short, DO NOT buy from this website. They are scam artists.

My 'review' of online ordering with SheinLove. I ordered a few outfits from these guys that turned out to be the wrong size (my fault). I emailed them and asked how I go about exchanging them (at my cost) and they emailed me back asking that I pay $27 postage only and they would send me the new size (I just figured this would be cheaper for them, or it was a show of good will or something?). Unfortunately they sent me the same size as I originally ordered again so I emailed them straight away letting them know. They emailed me back asking for photos of both sets of outfits showing the sizes, which I sent to them the same day. After this exchange, I was unable to check my emails over the Christmas break. When I returned, I had another email from them asking for 'more' photos. I sent some more straight away (not sure why they needed more) and the reply I got back was that they could not help me as I had taken too long to raise the issue with them. Then there was emailing back and forth, me stating that this was not the case at all and that I had originally emailed them regarding the issue the same day I received the parcel, and them continually saying I had waited too long to email them about it. I don't know if I'm being scammed or if this is just really poor customer service. Either way, I still don't have what I paid for. I would be very suspicious of ever ordering from them again, or any of their other companies popping up on social media

I bought a swimsuit from here. It took weeks to get first of all because the company is in China. Then when I finally received it, it was really poor quality with a thin, polyester feel. It looked and felt cheap and it looked much worse than the photo online.
Immediately, I emailed them asking to return it and a pre-paid shipping label (since it was the company's fault not mine). They do have a quick response time and a very nice woman emailed me saying that I could return it to an address in Shanghai for a full refund but they did not provide pre-paid shipping labels. However, the cost to ship the product to Shanghai would have been as much as the product itself, so it was completely worthless and not worth shipping it for a refund since I'm not even sure if I would break even.

Basically, don't buy from this company. Their clothes may look cute online and they have cheaper prices than other places, but ultimately you'll be disappointed. And their full refund policy doesn't make sense when you have to pay to ship the product to Shanghai.
