I would give 0 stars if I could. I had ordered some clothing from their website and my phone had prefilled my address. It ended up being the wrong address, I contacted their customer service, received an answer 5 days later. They said that it was at my post office but that they were returning it back to their warehouse... this was 4 weeks after I ordered it. I then asked if I was going to get a refund when my order came back to their warehouse... they said yes I will receive it when they get it back. I haven't ever received a refund and that was almost a year ago... do not order from them! They are just going to scam you for your money!

Don't EVER order from this company! I'm warning you, this is a SCAM! I ordered a swimsuit from them 8 weeks ago and it still hasn't come! When I tried to contact them, they wouldn't respond. I tried through email and Instagram and they haven't responded! I'm telling you, if i could give it a negative rating, I would, because this is crap. I want a refund and they just wont respond! Don't loose your money on some crappy website scam. Go find a better "company" than this one.

I ordered 10 swimsuits I paid for express shipping, 3-7 days. On day 9 I had not received a tracking number yet and was concerned and emailed asking for one
They responded saying" your item is a hot sell item so it needs more time "

I ordered ten things...

I emailed again and said that I needed the 10 items within 7 days and that's why I paid for express shipping. They responded back saying" The factory needs to make your item and is it okay we rush deliver when we get your item?"

I responded no, I want a refund now if they aren't even made yet

They didn't even know how many things I ordered and had no idea when they would be able to send them. I asked for a refund in three different emails

The last email I got within 10 days of ordering said" please return your items and we will give a refund, no refund till we get items back"

ARE YOU KIDDING!

They never sent me any items and refused to give me a refund.
They never provided a tracking number and didn't even have the items I ordered the day before I asked for a refund.

Do not order from these Chinese scammers

They use photos of other companies clothes and it's a scam

Please don't shop here. It is NOT worth it. Items are not as described and of extremely POOR quality. I am still trying to get my money back and they are very difficult to work with despite their policy stating they will provide a FULL refund if items are not as described. The black sweater was so loosely woven and the material is vastly different that advertised. The pink sweater's material looks like a rug from the 70's. It is clear that they just duplicate images they find on other sites and make them as cheaply as possible.

Find another place with good reviews if you are looking to shop online.

I ordered 8 items from Sheinlove after having a very good experience with the online store Shein (note; the quality of items sold by these two stores is night and day!). Suffice is to say that Sheinlove did not measure up. Each item was of poor quality. One dress had ripped in two places after one wearing. Please don't waste your money on these clothes. I will note that customer service was pretty good. My order was shipped in several parts, and when I emailed to ask where some of the items were, I received fast and friendly responses.

I wish I had googled this company before I tried to purchase a swimsuit from them. I had similar experiences to other reviewers on here, but I wanted to share my own in hopes that someone on the fence about purchasing from this company would think again. I purchased a swimsuit from this company and the item came several weeks after expecting it to arrive. I was disappointed when I tried the one piece swimsuit on and it was way too short on me (I'm only 5'2). I was bummed because the swimsuit was a cute design. After emailing the company about how to return the item they offered to send me a new one for only $15 more and I could keep the old one and give it to a friend. I declined their offer as I have no friends shorter than myself to give this to and I didn't want to wait even longer for a swimsuit. They told me the steps to follow for returning the item and so I followed them. I paid an extra $15 in postage to return the item. I have tried emailing the company several times asking where my refund is but they keep blowing me off by saying they will check their warehouse for the return. I realize now they aren't going to refund me, so I'll never purchase from this company again and I hope you won't either!

I don't understand why when you Google a certain item mainly clothing why all these Chinese websites come up with these cheap prices and a picture of the item you want but when you order it it looks nothing like the picture u don't know how Google can let this happen it really aggravates me and I will get to the bottom of it! Make sure you Google the reviews on any website that you might be suspicious of because if it seems to good fo be true it probably is!

I have been going back and forth with their customer service for over a week now. They sent me the wrong item and would not refund my money. They wanted me to pay the ship the wrong item back and then they'd refund me. I would have to ship it to China, so it would cost me more to ship it back than I even paid for the shirt! They would only give me a partial refund: $5 of the $15 I spent. But I'm not going for that. It's absolutely terrible. Do not take a gamble on this place. Not worth it.
