Orders 15 pairs of personalised Christmas pjs from a Facebook ad. Didn't arrive for weeks and when tracking number arrived it was a small package with a cheap fake ring in it! Terrible company to deal with! Scammers!

My 1st order took 1 month to arrive, 2nd order only a week. Unfortunately one of the tops was stained when it arrived and i need to return it. I tried emailing and chatting but both were returned as undeliverable.

I ordered 3 items. The size of the sandals and boots was way off and this is the response I got when trying to return them:

I agree with everyone's negative reviews. I will never order from this company again. So disappointed. I waited months for boots to arrive. I received the wrong item- cheap crappy boots. They weren't even close to what I ordered. When I reached out to the company they offered a $10 refund. Totally unacceptable considering I paid $54 for an item I never received. I gave them several opportunities to fix the situation and they did nothing.

Absolutely, positively, without a shadow of a doubt AWFUL company! And I knew better to order anything from China so I kick myself for falling into their trap of LIES! Their whole website is a lie, from their models to the closures to the shoes. LIES LIES LIES!

The boots I ordered are in no way even close to the advertised pictures, as seen below. They are the cheapest quality of materials I've ever seen, and are not distressed and worn looking as they appear to be online.

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

It clearly states in their refunds and exchanges policy how THEY are responsible for items that aren't as pictured and so on, as seen below, first they offered me $10 US as a refund. The boots were nearly $50 a piece. Then they offered me $15 US or 50% off another item. If I want the full refund I'M responsible for sending it back to China. Me. Not them as their policy clearly states! I can tell ya this, I did read this policy before ordering and thought, hmm maybe they're legit?! Boy was I wrong. SHEINLOVE.COM IS A BUNCH OF THIEVES!

Bought a pair of boots through PayPal from this company and when I received the boots they were absolutely nothing like the picture the quality was horrible and the size was wrong. When I contacted them they did not respond until I got PayPal involved at that point I had to pay to return the shoes back to them which cost me $35 the boots were $54. Let this review be a warning to anyone that's looking to have their stuff shipped all the way from China from a company that does not represent its products $#*! they should. Do not buy anything from them

I paid extra for expedited shipping. They did NOT meet the timeline. It took 16 days to receive my package. I've contacted customer service at LEAST 10 times. They refuse to credit me back the extra money I paid to be "expidited". Boots were VERY CHEAPLY MADE, smelled like toxic fumes, and look like they are dress up shoes that a child would wear with a Halloween costume. Terrible product, terrible customer service! Buy AMERICAN!

I ordered a swimsuit from Sheinlove and received it several weeks later. The quality and fit of the swimsuit was extremely poor. I contacted Sheinlove about returning the item and they told me that I needed to send it back at my expense. I packaged the swimsuit and sent it back insured, at a huge expense. Three months later after not receiving a refund, I contacted Sheinlove and was told they had not received it and the issue was a shipping problem and they couldn't do anything about it. (The insurance I purchased covered shipping costs to China; however, the costs of international insurance coverage exceeded the cost of the swimsuit.) Please be aware that this company does not make provisions for international returns and the quality is not worth the risk (or expense).

The swimming suits were two sizes too small, and the sweater shirts were not good quality. When I asked to return them, they kept offering me 10% off and to try ordering a new item. When I kept saying I just wanted to return the items since I couldn't wear the items I had they disregarded that and just kept saying that it would cost too much to return them and that they could give me 10% back and that I should just order more from them. While it is true that the shipping back to China is extremely expensive, the fact that they even offer returns is such a lie! I will definitely never order from them again, and would advise against anyone ordering from them if they think they will at all need to return an item. This is a fraudulant company, they do not offer what they say they do. I have just waisted $100 on items I can't use. This happened from 6/15/2019 to 7/12/2019

I purchased 2 pair of shoes from Sheinlove for a trip. They arrived in less than 3 days. Once I opened the package, a STRONG odor came from them. My son had to leave the room it was making him sick. I opened the shoes, and they immediately did not look like what I had ordered, but a version of what I had ordered. I decided to try them on. They are not even wearable. The back strap that goes behind your ankle is too short. The top strap that goes over your foot is too long and has elastic. It looks like they put the straps on backwards. There is also stitching that will give in no time at all. When I reached out for a refund, they asked me to send photos. I did. Then they recommended I give them to a friend because the shipping will be so expensive. I told them, not my problem since it states if it is an inferior product, they will pay for shipping. Still waiting to hear back. I copied in PayPal to see if they can retrieve my money. STAY FAR AWAY!
