They are scammers and it is all over the internet. I still have received nothing from these scammers although they have charged me TWICE for orders. Nothing!. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED. They send a post here trying to make themselves look good but have SCAMMED many people claiming that their orders were sent, which they are not, claiming that they will give a refund. - WHICH they DO NOT. Claiming to respond in 1 HR which they do not. DO NOT ORDER FROM #SheinMexico SHEIN USA They are scammers. They have RIPPED me off of $300 USD.
This company is a joke and equivalent to being a scam from what I experienced. I'm sure any positive comments or reviews about this company or either SheIn influencers or uninformed and unaware customers who only spend small amounts of money at SheIn, and have not yet, may I emphasize "not yet", experienced defective products, poor quality, poor customer service, partial refunds, and even no refund after defective items returned. I ordered a bed from SheIn along with several other items. The bed arrived with parts missing, they wanted me to return it at my own expense for a full refund, or if not returned they offered me 30% refund. All I wanted is for their manufacturer to send the missing part, which they refused. Now I'm stuck with a bed that I cannot use. To add insult to injury, when I told them that I was going to stop ordering from them because that was not an adequate solution, they did not send my other orders and keep lying saying that they are shipped and in transit, which was almost a month ago. USPS is the courier and they say label was created, but they have not received any package from them. They are giving me the run around about where my orders are and about refunding my money to be spiteful because I said I would discontinue ordering from them. Then I go online and find out they are unethical and that there are several other customers that they have done the same or worse to on PissedConsumer.com. Had I known all this, I would have never spent one cent of my money with this company. I do not condone slave labor, poor quality and defective products, nor taking advantage of consumers. I will forever hold to the fact that this company should not be allowed to conduct business in this country (USA), and should be banned. They also should be blocked from obtaining an IPO to trade on the stock market.
I bought a sweatshirt from shien and i thought it would be good material, but it was polyester from the child workers that work at shien! What the heck!?
This will be my first time having an issue with shein but today i purchased some boots they charged my card and a few hours later cancelled my order but never refunded the money. This is a big no no for me because i never cancelled the order and i never received a refund. I dont appreciate neither action because before you just cancel an order at least semd the person's money back.

I ordered from Shein during Covid. I lived in a different place and received everything fine. The items we're sized weird and wound up giving most of the garments away.
Just recently, I had ordered a few items for a dance performance I have coming up and found a cool jumpsuit for working out.
I woke up around 9:30AM yesterday to get ready for a class and left my building through the back door only to find that two of my three items were sprawled on the ground and tampered with. The thief tried on my clothes, ripped the shirt and stole the jumpsuit! No original packaging found anywhere. I was and still am VERY PISSED OFF! When I got home from my class I did some more digging and running around my building hoping to find where my items went. I didn't find anything. Someone had stolen my parcel from somewhere...OH! Also I found out the package got delivered at 5AM. ON A F**KING SUNDAY! I didn't get a buzzer or notification or anything on this delivery. I don't know where it actually got dropped off because sure as hell wasn't in my mailbox.
I then wrote a complaint to SHEIN on the delivery process hoping they would replace the stolen goods only to get brushed off and unsatisfied. I am left feeling not only violated but really unimpressed by the level of NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Their phone number doesn't even work and once you've submitted one claim you cant communicate with them immediately. Everything is very indirect and they don't give a $#*! about their customers. Just absolute garbage. Don't use them. They not only have trash quality products but even $#*!tier customer service.

They have different giveaways going on and each one is stops at a certain point automatically then tells you "invite friends with your link to get.50 cents off off a dollar to reach your goal. I do but then exit the app because it doesn't update it unless i restart the app. I get back on and it goes "here's.30 cents, keep inviting, you're almost there." but then it just continues to lower what I'm getting so I can't even get the stuff they promise. The whole app is honestly a scam to just invite people on to get more sales. Don't waste your time with that trash website/application.

I am highly disappointed about my experience with Shein & their gaming department. SHEIN Rigged the games to collect people's information, to make money off of, and not grant the award. I have been trying to get the contact to the head of department and the reps ignore my request
It has been 30+ days, and SHEIN customer "service rep" Donna, Hero, Gazila, and others ended the chat without properly assisting with the problem. Instead, they Repeat the same response as if they are bots and do not provide an adequate solution to rectify the situation ‼ the reps even advise to play the game repeatedly so they can make more money off of it. It's a SHAME & Justice must be served

Clothing and customer service needs help. Products is rejected poor quality trash sweater arms even with bottom of sweater. Save your money and go to goodwill. After the rip off return rates your better off.

Have shopped and been happy but when an item ordered never arrived needed to get refund,I had problem issues contacting shein,could not phone shein so no longer buy from them, any seller that makes it difficult to contact speak to a person, not good not safe,shein uk needs make life easier for THEIR CUSTOMERS TO CONTACT THEM.

Paying shipment fee 2 times and I don't know how to contact them, im paying 19$ per month. Worst experience!
I received a delivery notification both by email and on my the app stating that all 15 orders that i purchased were delivered. All orders were not delivered and because i have had recent issues with theft. I tried to reach out to SHEIN to see if they could either replaced them or refund me for them. They don't provide a contact number, all that they have is a so call chat. Further their optional questions are very limited prevented me from making an accurate selection so that i can place the correct complaint in the chat.
In addition, Shein tried to charged for some kind of a "customer support" with one of their specialized agents which attempted to charge me $55/month to register for furthering customer support services likely my bank rejected this charge attempt.
Shein is horrible and lacks total professionalism. They are absolutely apart of the issue along side the thief that stole my packages.

Each time I place an order from SHEIN they would send me used, stained and torn clothes clearly that has been worn before as the clothes would smell of body odour! I have never experienced this kind of treatment from any company in my life of online shopping. This company needs to be shut down asap. Please note that those images are just a few of the many that I have received in the past.

1. They send out things in multiple batches on the same order.
2. You have to choose from multiple batches when processing a return.
3. There is no way you can catch hold of a live agent except after your first purchase.
4. Their shipment gets delayed for no reason.
5. Raising a ticket often means being tossed between departments with no actual results.

You are irresponsible. I needed these items for Christmas and this is the time when they don't arrive. What annoys me the most with you is that I ordered it in advance at the beginning of December and it's already a month away and you don't feel like arriving. Improve. Three times they attempted to deliver my package which they claimed my business was closed and it wasn't. They asked for my hours of business then came when it was closed saying your closed. Then they supposedly delivered it on a Friday night at 12:48am go down at 6 it's no where they $#*!ing lied or just dumped my package outside to be stolen. This is the most unprofessional non thorough company I have ever had to use! I placed my order dec 15 and I paid for express shipping. On Dec 30 I haven't received 1 item. I haven't been given any tracking updates just emails about more delays. They used DHL for delivery and their website malfunctions and not useful. Purchased almost all my 10 y/o Christmas gifts from Shein. Safe to say her Christmas is ruined.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
